This Sonic is absolutely the worst sonic I’ve ever came across and the worst food retailer in Linden. After being open a few years now, several menu screens don’t work, along with malfunctioning card readers. The food over the last year has dropped to almost non-edible. Staff can also be cold and rude.
With this past experience, I will definitely never eat there again.
First the drive thru could not understand me, so I moved to a stall. Pushed the button and placed an order. No screen showing what I was ordering. Later when the food came out I noticed it was high. Stated this to the car hop, but she is just requesting the money. Had to give her my card ( because the card reader at that stall didn’t work) and of course she leaves the area with my card. Comes back, gives me the card and receipt. After reviewing. They blatantly over charged me. I go in the building only to see an employee that looked disgusting. Unshowered, unshaven, stained clothes, crust in his eyes and unwashed face. When shown the over charge he says it’s because one wasn’t rang up as a meal, and then took off …..not hearing me say” no you over charge me by more then $4. Then I just ask for a complete refund…. That was more than they could do. Eventually I left with the now cold food, still over paying with no refund. And never heard a single apology.
Got home with horrible food.
In closing, Sonic in Linden TX has horrible food, horrible service, thieves for staff, broken equipment, and the nastiest person I have ever seen work in a kitchen.
DO NOT EAT THERE OR SUPPORT
it needs to close ASAP.

Not good. Onion rings didn't taste good at all hamburgers were small over cooked and buns chewy. The screen were to order was out. And work people working on tables out number costumers . Will never go to sonic again. Always
