The steaks we ordered were all wrong- x2 we ordered should have been medium rare, x2 steaks we ordered should have been medium and all the steaks were well done . We were very disappointed.
Waited 1 hour after getting seated. We didn’t even receive any water or were greeted by a server. Ended up walking out. Someone could have at least acknowledged us.

The appetizer came out with all the food and the server never checked on us once but to bring the check. Silverware was dirty along with the rest of the restaurant. Will not be back to this location and do not recommend

My wife and I walked in, get seated. 5 minutes later, no service. 10 minutes later no service. Looking around, only 4 other people in the restaurant. Lady came over, said be with you in a minute. 10 more minutes, no service. We walked out, passed the Lady that said "a minute". She never said a word as we walked out. Bill T

My husband and I ordered takeout. He had the beef nachos. My granddaughter had the beef nachos, and I had just broccoli and a bread stick. The nachos had a scoop of meat, a scoop of cheese, and chips. I ask the girl to remake them and she gave me the exact same thing. Applebee's food is not the quality it used to be.

We got the New Orleans specials and the combo appetizer. It was like eating in a 5 star restaurant in New Orleans. I had to tell the chef it was mango myself!! I’m from New Orleans so that is saying a lot. Ready to go back. Please keep on your menu!! We loved everything!!

Service wasn't all there.made us wait a long time to be sitted then made us wait for our drinks over 15mins and the place was pretty empty food was good but not made how I had asked but it was good just overall the service was bad
We went there for my son’s birthday. It was not busy so I thought we are going to have good food and fast service. I was so wrong . There were only two servers and probably one cook in the kitchen. Some of the food was good but not my birthday son steak. My other son steak for good . My grandson chicken sandwich was excellent. It took for ever to be served drinks , appetizers and main courses. The server forgot the Dr Pepper for my daughter in law twice and napkins . It was not his fault , they should have more people to serve. We won’t go back there for sure! It was not a good experience .
Parking: Applebees in Little Elm , Texas The Applebees I remember was definitely not like this one. The quantity of food was not like in the pictures and prices were high for what you get .

We ordered food and we were told the order would be ready at 7pm.. At 745 we asked for a manager didn't assist with the failure. I would not recommend this location to anyone. They don't care about the patrons. Very sad. We love Applebees but we will not return to Little Elm location. The owners need to evaluate their team from leadership down.
