Well I went in today and man this place has went downhill kind of sad. food was ok.but the service was terrible. We ordered an appetizer 30 minutes before we ordered the meals the appetizer never showed up. Until I asked when the meal arrived. Waiter was not very nice. We gave him the standard 20% because I have worked many year in food service and know it is a hard job . I probably won't be back. But I hope their servers treat people better.

I love Applebee’s and I ate the Blondie dessert twice last night. Thanks for bringing it back. My only complaint like everybody’s complaint is the service the bartender that was working last night made you feel like you were overworking him and he was underpaid every time you asked him for something.

This is the 3rd time I have tried to give them a try and once again ZERO service. Stood over 5 mins to be seated. Bartender just looked up never said hi never said we will be right with u. No one ever came to seat us. There was 2 tables with people. And 4 people at the bar. It's really sad and I guess 3rd time isn't a charm.

Had lunch today after church with my son and daughter. Keina was very welcoming. She's professional, courteous and made sure we were attended as we waited for our food. The food is delicious and the oriental grilled salad is a must try for everyone. So delicious I highly recommend.James Waweru.

me and my friend came here to enjoy a 2pm lunch and drink for st. patty’s day. jordan was the BEST server and i don’t know who the other guy with a beard was but he was cool. we loved the pot of gold margaritasWheelchair accessibility: my friend uses a cane to walk and was able to maneuver well around the store

Worst service today! Bartenders argued with me about what I ordered from the bar across the restaurant !! Told me that he brought me what I ordered which is not true!! Ordered signature Mac & cheese. Rec”d fettuccini with crispy chicken. Not at all the same! Told me they don’t have Mac & cheese except kids menu!! All of this in front of everyone in the restaurant !! How unprofessional !!!

We went on Sunday afteernoon at 1:30 pm and we were promptly attended without any delay. Waiteres was kind and suggested the daily specials and even updated when we will get the food. They have improved a lot than before in my point of view. I would definitely come again.
