Coming home from an early morning airport drop-off, I stopped at Bubbl Well, and I'm glad I did.I ordered a small Kolache, Cream Donut, and small coffee. All three tasted great. The coffee was bold but smooth, I liked it alot.The dining room was clean, and the drink refrigerator was well stocked. Friendly counter staff as well.I definitely recommend Bubble Well for coffee and donuts.

My favorite boba place in frisco. I’ve been a regular for over a year now and have gotten a perfectly made drink every time. Eventually, the workers noted my usual and rung it up as I walked in, which I appreciated a lot. The best store for boba.

The milk teas are alright. It'll do since it's so close to the houses right behind it so it's super conveniently located.The tea tastes are kind of weak and watered down. The milk tea tastes more of milk than tea and leaves a slightly chalky feeling in the mouth.Overall, not bad for a choice here.

I’ve only tried the taro milk tea so far as it is my favorite flavor but I’m loving this place so far. It is so nice to have a boba place close by. It is indubitably the best boba in little elm. (I know I look crazy not getting the actual boba balls but sometimes it’s nice to just enjoy the tea alone without getting balls in your mouth)

I love love the brown sugar boba here. I only took one star away because of their taro boba. Not my favorite but the staff is always nice and the milk tea bobas are delicious.

This place makes the best drinks ever! My go-to is their pineapple coconut smoothie and their house iced coffee! and the staff is always so sweet and fast. I would love to see them have more art/decoration. maybe if they added a drawing/customer doodle wall? regardless still a great place!
