I generally try to avoid fast food, but in a pinch, The impossible burger or fish sandwich is a go-to back up option for me

You have to get the right team , on the right day at rhe right time. 9/14 a friday 11:31 and they have their menu off. They close at 12 midnight. Service has to be better.

It takes forever through the drive thru, then they get ur order wrong. You order on the app for drive thru pick up and it’s not ready because they make it when ur there. You order for in store pick up and when you get there they tell u the order is not ready yet. Then after you wait over 10 minutes you ask for an update and they say i never placed my order. After digging into it and showing my account has been charged they say it’s been ready since I arrived and I didn’t just spend over 30 minutes waiting on fast food….So many times my order has been wrong here. So many mistakes and so little good customer service. No one seems to be knowledgeable or have the time nor care to be friendly. 50 minutes total(including 8 min one way drive) I spent today just trying to get my food. Ridiculous.

Everytime I order from here everything is old it’s like they decide to find the oldest things in store and give them to me. I JUST ORDERED and the fries are crusty like they been sitting out for hours the burgers aren’t even grilled. The only thing I’m satisfied with is my freaking drink. And not once not twice but three times now the food has just been bad do better.
I ordered onion rings got french fries, I said no tomatoes I got tomatoes, I said no pickles I got pickles, I said add Swiss cheese I got no Swiss cheese, I said add American cheese I got no American cheese, I said no ketchup I got ketchup. You should not have to be a rocket scientist to make a sandwich or read 10 words on a piece of paper. Then when I call it takes 4 times for them to answer. Then they answer and hung up on me!I will be reaching out to either your franchise owner, or your area corperate rep!

Didn't wear any gloves.
Food was cold, wrong order, took a lot of time for the cashier to place our order and still they got it wrong. We asked for Manager's contacts number to lodge a formal complaint but were given a wrong invalid number by the cashier to avoid us complain. They were talking about us visible in the kitchen and even laughing at us. My worst experience ever at the Burger King franchise or i should say "Burger Servant". Indeed they made us feel inferior and what a waste of our hard earned cash.

You get 5 stars from me The lady who works the drive thru in the morning is the MOST pleasant person and offers the best customer service. I come here many mornings because of her. She makes my morning with her cheery disposition and her quick service, but never too quick to be extra polite and kind.I told her, and I tried to post on BK feedback but since I did a mobile order, I don’t know the store number.

Terrible on all fronts. The food 1 Star, its never the right order, half the time never warm and for sure not fresh. The service, you have to wait 5-10 min to get a wrong order and not given great customer service. I'd pay Wendy's surge pricing before heading back to this Burger King.

I gave a 1⭐ to Food, Service, and Atmosphere, because I can't answer any of those questions, considering the fact that they were closed at 11:40, when I arrived. Menu sign "Off", two vehicles in the lot, and No Answer. Both online, and the sign on the window states that closing time is 12:00a. Oh yeah, I decided to park at the window and write this review. A young man came to window about 11:46p, telling me that they were closed. I asked what time are they supposed to close. He said 12:00. I politely asked, what are y'all doing...just trying to get out of there early? He answered, yes. I then told him that I drove 18 minutes to this location, Because They Close At 12:00a, while other locations closed at 11:00p. I also mentioned, that my reasoning was for the Impossible Whopper only. If I just wanted a burger, there were many pubs, restaurants, and fast foods that I could've gone to, without the extra drive. He Looked At Me Like This ?, and then said, we close everyday before 12:00. I ask, so no burger? He stated again, that they were closed. I let him know that I would complete the review that I had already started writing. He said okay, closed the window, and left me to my writing, with my hungry (Trying Not To Be Hangry) self?.Now I have to go to Kroger's, to get me a salad, with meatless meat.The Work Ethics Have REALLY Changed! These babies want to be walking out At Closing Time, INSTEAD OF SERVING THE CUSTOMERS, UP TO CLOSING TIME.Question: How Does That Work?That means, Burger King, that you should change your Closing Time. WAIT! If you do that, then you'll have to keep changing it to the time your employees decide they want to leave....Point To Ponder?Please Fix The Issue!It is now Sunday, 1/14/24 @ 12:07a. I am pulling off from the window now, but the two vehicles are still here (smh).
