Look, I really like their pizza here. They really do have a good pie. But do not place an online order during rush hour. You will watch 20 people go through the line and get their pizzas before you when you come to pick your order up at the pick up time suggested. I showed up and inquired 3 different times about my order and was just not taken seriously or ignored. They also are iffy about reading the notes if you want more of a topping or if you want a sauce on the side. It’s a bunch of high schoolers and probably a lot of their first jobs.

I've been a chain restaurant pizza person for years, not anymore after my experience here! The service was amazing, they were so into each order making sure you knew what you were ordering. They even went above and beyond to confirm some ingredients in the sauce to make sure there wouldn't be an allergic reaction. Everyone last one of them were very helpful. You can tell when people are being treated right and hopefully compensated fairly.

Great food, great customer service! We decided to try Craft Pies because they were listed as an option for redemption on a $25 voucher we had from the city. Though we had never heard of Craft Pies prior to this visit, we will most definitely return! Both pizzas we tried - Green Monster and Fiery Carnivore - were delicious. Service was super fast and friendly as well!

Great pizza with a thin crust. Staff will let you customize crust and toppings to your liking. Inside music was too loud for conversation but turned down on request. Night I attended they were donating profits to a local charity which was really awesome!!!

Great pizzas and always a great experience. We've picked up pizzas a few times there to eat while we are at The Good Cigar next door. We've ordered online and by just walking over. Both are easy options. The pizzas is always amazing. They put just the right amount of toppings and they are easy to eat without being too messy. We intentionally do not eat before going to The Good Cigar so we can order from Craft Pies! Staff is always friendly and the pizzas are made quickly.

Amazing service, my pizza was behind 6 online orders but I arrived early and they pushed mine ahead, super nice staff and really clean tables! They even decorate for christmas.

Individual sized custom made pies. Pizza was good but our stomachs were upset for 2 days. I feel like they can do a better job cleaning as the windows as well as counters/guards could use a good wipe down.

OMG I love this place!! The pizzas taste so good and you can design it yourself! I love that the meat is a flat price no matter how many different types you get on your pizza. They have so many tasty topping options to make your pizza taste so good. I love getting BBQ drizzle on the top. I also love that they have hamburger meat because not all places do. The staff is SO friendly and always so nice. I like Craft Pies because the pizzas taste awesome, but it also feels like a small town vibe. Super cool and personable staff that make you feel like family.

Food was great, 1 price you custom make the pizza with whatever topping you like. Staff was friendly, store was very clean and food tasted great. I wish they had a thicker crust to choose, and in the end it is a little pricey for pizza but you do get quality.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible, open floor plan. Only tight space is maybe going through front of line to get to order window. I can't speak to the bathrooms.

So I'm back in Texas, yaaaah! I hit up Craft Pies Pizza and it was such a delight. The space on the inside was very open with high ceilings, the line moved quickly, the staff were very patient,courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu options. The staff worked together!! We bought the kids pizzas 7'- 9.95 and the traditional dough 11.5'- 11.95. Everyone had the option of building their own pizzas and to their likeness. Craft Pies had a variety to choose from. There were only 3 options for sweets but the kids and staff were sweet enough so maybe next visit we'll get sweet treats. They did offer salads but for this visit we craved pizza. Would have given it 5 stars but we didn't eat inside, we got it to go as the drinks were not in my budget for the kids with their picky little fingers. In the meantime, peep out our options as everyone's was different. I'm looking forward to coming back on my next visit

Wheelchair accessibility: The space on the inside was open for a wheelchair to have accessibility through the line as well as being able to pull up to a table. The middle seating however was high tables so that's a no go for someone in a wheel chair

A new custom pizza place on the lines of Blaze and Pie5.Place is neat and with friendly and helpful staff. The number of choices for toppings they have is in between Pie5 and Blaze.Liked the Pizza dough very much. One traditional size is big enough for two people. With plenty of toppings that are generous you are guaranteed not to go hungry.The kalamate Olives are very salty, so you may be better off going little lite on them. Loved all the veggies.Would have preferred my pie to be a little more cooked, may be for another 15sec.

They offer 8 different pizzas PLUS "Build Your Own" with as many toppings you want to add at one price. 7" and 10" pies. The crust is thin and crisp. Great value and excellent alternative to drive thru burgers. You can order delivery through Door Dash. BYO beer and wine.

My mini pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and bacon was light on toppings but very tasty. The mini veggie with artichoke added was also quite tasty. The toppings could have been more evenly distributed.
