Very disappointed. Beans were cold and like straight out of a can. Beef was ok, but somewhat flavorless. The fried okra was only thing worth mentioning... yummy ?

I highly recommend it. Actually, I don't know why it doesn't have better opinions. It's very good. The service was very good and clean. It's difficult to have all the happy customers. Only in my family there are those who like juicy meat with a little fat and others totally without anything, cads person's palate is different personally I recommend it Jose and the cashier girl were very attentive and everything was delicious

My daugher and I got the worst BQ combo sandwich , Ive ever eaten. The chopped BQ beef was burnt to a very hard and black degree. The cost fot two small meals was $37.86.... Never again!!

The food was greasy & the presentation lacked effort. The fries were soggy & cold! The pouch the fries were in was wet from the excessive grease from the fries & the fries tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The sliced beef sandwich was more fat than beef. That’s disgusting to bite into a sandwich expecting to taste sliced beef but tasting fat instead! I removed the bun & there were layers of fatty meat. With what I paid for this meal the least you could do is give me a sandwich that actually contains meat & fries that aren’t soggy & cold. The paper my sandwich was wrapped in was wet & soggy too. It’s like someone just poured oil in the bag. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at this location & I’ve been eating at this location for about 11 yrs. Perhaps it was just a mishap but it was definitely disappointing to purchase a meal & not be able to eat it due to someone’s lack of care for the taste, presentation & quality of the meal to your customers. That entire meal ended up in the trash & my money paid for garbage. Please do better. That wasn’t ok at all. It was very disappointing.

The loaded potatoe…I know it had meat on it just the smallest amount ever. I have been to other locations and either they are heavy handed or this place is just different. For sure wont go here
I was asked to write a review my an employee and I wasnt going to because I was unhappy with the service and I don’t like to complain. But after getting home to eat my food I changed my mind because the food was absolutely terrible. My brisket sandwich was full of fat. On top of that I got two bottom buns. Like really? I paid an extra $6 for brisket chili cheese fries with barely any fries brisket or cheese. My husband ordered chicken wings that were extremely undercooked. Drinks flat! On top of that I ordered peach cobbler over a week ago and they were out and said would get a refund for my $3.50 plus tax which also never happened. I feel stolen from and I will not be eating here again. Absolutely unexceptable !

Wing not fully cooked brisket not lean drink came from a two liter crazy right so differently flat and I think food may be cooked at home or something because chicken came from a warmer in the back left corner of the kitchen in a silver aluminum pan so not cooked fresh on top of that these lady’s had the nerve to tell me Im waiting for my wings to fry when I clearly seem them grab my meat from warmer plus they use the microwave to mix brisket and beans for fries NEVER AGAIN don’t forget the attitudes from owner and her relatives BAD SERVICE

I placed an order through door dash. The food was so dry I had to attempt to rehydrate it with water. It was like the scene from Christmas Vacation when they tried to eat the dry turkey! Beyond dissatisfied. The manager wasn’t any help either as she tried brushing it off. I got better customer service from door dash than I did by this location.
