Very disappointing experience at Domino’s Pizza.* They overcharged 3 times same amount, and when I politely asked for a refund, the staff acted annoyed and didn’t want to give the money back. It’s not about the amount, it’s about the poor service and attitude. If I’m paying for something, I expect respectful treatment and for mistakes to be corrected without excuses. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

I ordered for a pizza with chicken and sausage topping where I paid extra and this is what they gave me. I asked them there are no pieces of meat (6 pieces of chicken and 6 pieces of sausage after paying extra) and the person replied so arrogantly that this is what I get….i told him that I ordered the same pizza yesterday but with only chicken and they gave me good amount of pieces….he simply replied saying”then they must have over filled the pizza”…..I have ordered pizza many times in dominos but I’m sure they did not do this….they always gave me a good amount of meat…alwayssss….the worst part was l he was not even polite with me….worst service im never coming back to this place…

Completely arrogant and atrocious behaviour by the employees. Ordered for a chicken pizza with extra sausages and this is what i got. Upon asking, they say that the meat is scaled. 5 chicken pieces in a whole large pizza. Like seriously? We have taken pizza from this place multiple times and the employee says that they over scaled every last tike I got pizza here. Ridiculous!

Need to give a shout out to David - the new GM of this Domino's location. After months of trying to clear up an account mixup, David, while fairly new to this location, stepped in and resolved the issue in very short order. On his own time, he followed up with me to insure that the matter had been taken care of - going above and beyond. Well done David! Customer Service the way it should be done!

David and his GM were great. Apparently the driver took a tumble and dropped the pizza at my apartment complex but they were so kind and very accommodating. This is my first time ordering from this location and I’m impressed. Also, their driver that did come was so sweet.

David the manager saved me from my hunger 2 minutes until they closed I called him I've been working all day haven't eaten since 11 am in a tow truck so can't go through drive through windows at hamburger places he hooked me up with some of the best pizza I have ever eaten him and his crew stayed when they didn't have too I'm in debt to these guys and girl forever...thank you sir from LWs towing

This place is frustrating - the pizza is fine but the delivery sucks. I tip over 20% and they just drop the pizza off on the doormat at the front door and leave without ringing the doorbell. When I called to complain they are apparently still living in Covid times and asked me to leave a chair outside my front door. No thanks - plenty of other pizza places
We always get carry-out from our local Domino’s and it’s always good. Pizza’s hot, fresh, and ready fast. Never had a bad order this spot’s solid every time.

I ordered two pizza a while ago, take out order. I customized with garlic Parmesan sauce. Pizzas I received has no sauce, no chicken toppings , it’s completely dry.. absolutely pathetic.. I request customers not to order from this location. Worst pizza I had till date.. I couldn’t eat a single slice.

Our family is been having so medical issues so we decided to Order pizza from Dominos to avoid cooking Today.
We ordered 3 pizzas at Dominos in The Colony. I called in an order and 2 of the 2 pizzas were very wrong. One was for my sister who had major surgery last week. She wanted a thin crust medium with chicken, cheddar cheese, spinach, and lite on the Honey BBQ. She received a thin crust with chicken and regular cheese MISSING SPINACH NO HONEY BBG instead a thick COVERING SPICY BUFFALO SAUCE. The second pizza ordered was a MEDIUM HAND TOSSED WITH ALFREDO CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS, SPINACH AND AND THIS ONE IS CORRECT THE THIRD ORDERED WAS A HAND TOSSED, PHILLY BEEF, ONIONS, and PROVOLONE WITH GARLIC SAUCE.
I called the store and the manager (unsure who that was but 1 who stated he was a manager but was a delivery driver another do said she was a manager actually makes the pizza saying she could not have made a mistake) She also claimed that she talked to the manager and they would not correct the order and I should have ordered it on line if I want it correct as my story did not match their memory. I told her I had made the guy repeat the order x 2 because he kept saying a Philly cheesesteak which I did not want due to a severe allergic reaction. She said I should have caught the error when he called the repeat the order back. She went in to say I can talk to the manager at 4p…. Another manager”. She hung up on me so I called back several times. She blocked me from calling and told me I’m “black listed” and my number will be blocked. Seriously!!!! The lady is crazy.
