They do not monitor who picks up the food when you order through DoorDash. So anyone can walk in and grab food and walk out! Manager was no help and just said “this happens all the time”

This place is incredible. I came here on a whim and this place absolutely did not disappoint. I got the chicken nuggets even though I really really wanted chicken tenders and guess what? These are the best chicken tenders I've ever had. I don't know why they're called nuggets cuz these are scratch kitchen, chicken tender delicious. I guess maybe I don't know the difference but they are the high quality ones. I also got the burger the Jack pretzel Burger and it was phenomenal. Everything here was 10 out of 10 and the kid at the window was super nice. Knowledgeable friendly best customer service I've had in a long time. Everything was fresh and delicious. Also apparently this place serves beer and wine. Incredible! Yeah I'll be back.

Every time I place an order for online pick up in the drive thru they always want me to come inside and get it. I don’t understand this, please let me know what is going on. Thank you.

Shout out to Aidan who was working the register. He was a most outstanding employee on this fated day I went to this hat creek location. He personally came out to my car and escorted me into the building, holding doors open and everything. Then, he read my mind and told me my order before I even knew what I wanted. He then paid for my food and even rounded up the change to make a donation to a children's hospital. Afterwards, he asked if I had been working out this summer and said he could tell, which was the cherry on top. 10/10 employee. You've got a good one hat creek.

Full of flies. Tables and chairs are sticky. Food is worse than McDonalds and very overpriced.

We love this place to bring our toddler. Very kid friendly, I wish they made a big tent over the play area with this Texas heat. The play house itself gets pretty hot. The outside tables are pretty dirty. I don’t think they’ve ever been properly clean haha there’s very old dirt and finger prints. Definitely bring some hand sanitizer for this place and your kiddos.

first time trying this place on Mother's day with the fam. It's a very casual place to dine in with your kiddos and friends. Walk up register ot order. Seat yourselves and food is delivered to your table. We ordered 4 different kinds of burger. I can't recall their names, but they all were delicious as my family recalls, along with sweet potato fries, fried pickles and shakes. All were delicious, but I would skip fried pickles. Too salty and no dipping sauce. Shakes were yummy! Will visit again and try something different.
