I ordered a burger for lunch and started eating it in my car at work. Something tasted weird and when i looked the bottom bun had MOLD!!! I tossed the burger and started throwing up. Never coming back here again.

I’m so rired of this! Fast food is not cheap. You order two meals they make you pull around d and wait. So you get excited because you think it will be hot and fresh. You get home and all you want to do is sit down eat dinner with your husband and go to bed. And the meal is wrong. The hash brown is missing. The onion rings are cold. My husband is hungry still because his meal was missing part of it. My burger bun is old. Why can’t fast food get it right! Tired of wasting money.

Came here on a Friday night. Restaurant was NOT busy at all. Drive-thru worker was very rude and rushed my order. Not only did they take a long time bringing out my food, they asked me to pull ahead and wait. The worker came out and gave me our food. I came home just to see items missing and chicken sandwich was under cooked. The amount time waited just for it to be under cooked is ridiculous.

Employees where great very friendly fast service and mess up my burger..ty so much..but the fries where horrible I don't know when they where made but I think it might have been the day before..I spit out the fries I had in my mouth went to McDonald's to get fries with my burger that was awesome by the way!

Worse Jack In Box I think I have ever eaten at!!! The lady at the drive thru was super friendly. My problem is the supreme croissant I bought was disgusting!!! The ONLY thing hot on it was the egg!!! The cheese wasn't even melted. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS Jack In The Crack!!!!

Came to jack in the box after work to get some food since I'm pregnant and craving jack in the box. The cashier doing the drive through only had the patience to let me order 1 singular item and it was inconvenient to add on another. So instead of placing a 20ish dollar order I placed a $6 order. Pulled up to the widow and she was on her personal phone and didn't even turn around for a minute to take my payment. Definitely going to a different location if I ever have a pregnancy craving again.

There is no proper respond and staff not maintaining gloves and caps .. they doing food without gloves with raw hands
at 2am they are closed until 5am even tho the sign on the building says 24hrs. they claimed they were closed because they were unloading a truck delivery but no truck to be seen and after asking when they would be serving again the guy got ruder and ruder and kept extending the time that they would be closed for. guy with glasses behind the desk just ignored me and kept saying it was going to be closed longer and kept pushing the sale away. unacceptable customer service.

No manager on duty.
Gave me the wrong drink because they were out of Coke. They refused a refund, and told me to come back the next day.
No manager working the next day either. Filed a complaint online, but have not heard back. Called the district manager with no response as of yet. Area coach eventually answered, but didn't seem to care given that he literally put the phone down and walked away only to hang up 10 minutes later.
Absolutely terrible.
How do you not have the ability to refund an order I JUST paid for?
