I've been to the this location twice now but have only eaten there once. Both times the only wait staff was the bartender. Seriously? Hit some wait staff. At least the second time she was nice enough to tell us that the wait for did would be a long time. Sucks because this is just a few minutes from where we live.

Didn't have a good experience here last night with friends. I ordered nachos and the guacamole and pico was brown and old... Looked awful! Once closing time came around, we were kicked out as I was enjoying my chat with friends. I have never heard of people being kicked out of a restaurant at closing time. Never coming back here!

I grabbed a beer and nachos at the bar while waiting for a pedicure appt next door . Food was hot and good. Service was nice and bar was clean. I’d go back for sure. Maybe bring my husband next time.

We will definitely not be back! Came in to watch a game and have dinner. Food took almost 45 mins to come out and it was cold. There was only 4 tables full in the restaurant. I complained to the manager and was told it was shift change and they do Doordash. Absolutely horrible service. They made no effort to make it right.

First time at Jakes GameDay and we had a great evening. The food was hot and delicious. Game TVs everywhere you look to follow your favorite teams. Lots of great menu options! We can't wait to work our way through the menu.
Good place for burgers and bar food. We ordered burger and the loaded fries. The burgers are a good size and the nice portion side for the fries as they can be shared. They were having trivia night when we went and it was fun and I could tell there were some regulars. Makes for a fun family night!

Great place and the staff is amazing. Came in for dinner and I messed up placing my order but the staff was awesome and took care of me without any issues. So, thank you guys for being amazing.The food is top notch. The burgers are huge and delicious, my wife’s favorite is The Hot Hickory. My favorite are the wings, they go heavy on the sauce and I love them. Best wings in little elm in my opinion.Keep up the amazing work guys!Kid-friendliness: They have a little arcade for the kids to play that also has some prizes

We frequent the jakes in frisco. Came here tonight and waited for 30 minutes to put in our drink order...... there was only 1 other table with people at it in the whole restaurant. We ordered apps at the same time as our drinks and waited 40 mins for 2 apps. Meanwhile we had ordered our food and yes we had a party of 11 however as I said there was 1 other table occupied in the entire restaurant and it took 40 minutes after we ordered to receive our food. We stopped in for a quick burger just like we do at jakes on main and 1hr 45 mins, cold burgers, 3 wrong orders later we finally got tired of trying to get the correct food and are patiently waiting on our check. Highly disappointed this should not share a name with Jakes.

I'll start with the good, plenty of TVs on game day, very clean, and the service was pretty good. We both had drinks and dinner. Don't get anything that requires gravy, it's water-- they should invest in flour. When I ordered my food I asked for extra gravy, they will charge you for that gravy water. The chicken that came with the water gravy, it wasn't bad-- bar food. They have drink specials, which is nice.
