Havent ate KFC in years, doenloaded the app and placed an online order because I figured id try it out again. Get here and grab my food from the pickup station, bag is sealed so I cant see if I had a straw, grab a straw from the drink station and start getting yelled at by a worker (older hispanic male bigger set) telling me everything is in the bag, Ive already touched the straw and its already going in my drink and I said I couldnt see if there was a straw so I wanted to be sure I had one, he continued to yell at me in front of customers to the point they were staring at him over and over saying “AND I SAID ITS IN THE BAG ALREADY”. It was a damn straw. Threw a fit and yelled at me about it, I just said okay thats fine and left. If you want chicken go ahead and go to popeyes or chicken express, Im deleting the app and will not be returning to any KFC again, now I see why I havent ate here in years. This occurred on 1/5/2026 @ 12:20pm for reference to management (although Im positive this guy is a manager, absolutely horrid one at that). I never asked for help or to berated on MY lunch break, thanks for ruining my day and the chance of me enjoying this meal.

I would give zero stars but it’s not an option. Drive 15 mins to get here, arrived and they acted as if they were closed and it was only 8:45pm. Once I ordered I waited 35 min for my food only to get home and realize half of my order was missing. I arrive back at the kfc and then have to play 21 questions with the same darn lady that made my order in the first place . $60 for terrible service , disrespect and gas wasted , just close this location at this point.

Thought it was a good idea to ignore the reviews and give the location a try. Placed an online order, wings were all soggy and wet, tasted horrible. Placed an online request for refund. Got a call from a person from the location asking why I complained about the order and didn’t address it immediately. Sorry but food and customer service just 0. Don’t waste your money or time.

Places my order through drive through and when I got to the window the guy sneezed without covering his mouth and nose as I was getting ready to pay head had his arm leaning on the drinks at this point o was like cancel my order because what he did was very unsanitary

The dining room is well maintained and clean for dime in. The L5 menu option had hot out of the fryer fish and chicken. Oh so tasty, as well as the hush puppies too. The 2-piece breast an drimstick were big pieces. The biscuit and cole slaw were very good too. We will visit this KFC/LJS again. It was that good!

Outrageous prices and somehow less food. Subpar service, forgetful & unhelpful staff that get orders wrong and when trying to fix order charge me twice and still didn't get what I ordered which was on the receipt won't be going back to KFC. Popeyes it will be and should have been anyways.
This is an older restaurant, could use a little sprucing up outside. Food and service was good. Interior was clean. I would return.
