BAD SERVICE !!!Don’t try to order any food right here,that’s horrible ! I ordered food on the kfc app and pick up in store they give me cold food not freshly ,and then missing my drink my sauce too. I’m so disappointed this brand .

The absolute WORST customer service I’ve encountered in a VERY long time. Placed my order at 7:12, my sister placed her order at the same time. Pulled into the drive thru at about 7:20 and my app said it was ready. She told me she was not giving me my order that I needed to come in and I told her I was unable to as I had my young child in the car. Everywhere else just hands me my food through the drive thru. She told me to come back in 10 minutes because my order wasn’t ready. I pulled around and parked because they were busy. 7:31 I pull back through and she says my order didn’t exist, I offered to give her my order number and receipt and she refused to take the info and just kept telling me to hold on. She came back and read off my order and I had made a mistake and ordered a starry instead of the peaches and cream lightning thing they had and I asked her if she could switch it. She told me to pull up to the window, so I did. She proceeded to show me the order information and said she was giving me the starry because that is what was on the order and I told her just to keep it because that’s not what I wanted. She said she was going to give it to me anyways and I told her I’d leave it on the ground by the window because that’s not what I wanted. I do realize that I made a mistake, who knew it was that big of deal. She continued to argue with me and I asked her to just give me my food and she told me “when it was ready.” She finally handed me my food, of course I did not eat it because after being yelled at by her, I’m not going to trust the food she made. I informed her I was calling corporate and she told me that it was fine, she gave me what I ordered.. out of the WHOLE argument, she handed the the peaches and cream lighting drink after making a huge deal out of the fact I made a small mistake.. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE TOOK NEARLY 45 minutes.. I pulled back into my garage at 8:15. Definitely will not be using this location again

Went through the drive through to grab a quick dinner. Ordered the 3 piece crispy. Paid for the 3 piece crispy. Got home and opened a 2 piece. Read the reviews mid meal and was terrified. Didn’t finish the meal.

The employees need a lot traning always very rood to costumers .That place is the very dirty and also do not get surpirse if you see rats walking around do not go to this restaurant , the food is disgusting and very dirty

Delivery of raw chicken took one bite and I thought I was going to vomit they also sent me mashed potatoes that weren’t made properly a lot of powder mixed in with the potatoes

I ordered food from the KFC app, and the chicken strips were extremely salty! The saltiness was so overwhelming that the taste stayed on my tongue for over an hour.

Too much salt means excessive sodium, which is harmful to your kidneys! This is not acceptable for a brand like KFC.

Be careful, guys! Check your food before consuming. Disappointed with this experience.
