The worst location manager. He didn’t relive his name may be it’s Raul based on previous re owe by Astrid. I was there for my takeout order and he is very rude to one of Uber eats pickup driver. He don’t listen to others he keep demanding to talk to customer and telling Uber eats person to call the customer. When the driver left Store he even followed to outside and said something. For sure He is having some issues

This place sucks!!! I ordered food Sunday night on the KFC app to pick up at 9:30pm get home the chicken was old nasty like it had been seating under the hearting lamp for over 6 hours. Stay away from this place.

I was at this place recently to pick up my order, and the manager, Raul, treated me terribly. This isn't the first time it's happened here. He's a real jerk, tosses bags around, has a nasty tone of voice, and gives snappy responses. Plus, he's a racist and discriminatory person. I also witnessed him mistreating a delivery guy. How this person can be a manager?

Lady with the glasses today at 11 am was rude and wrong. I asked for a box and received a combo. Never got a receipt. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. I also couldn't hear her as she was mumbling on and off the com. This wouldn't be helpful towards disabled people. Customer service has always been my priority no matter where I am in life. There used to be a man that handled the drive thru with swiftness, efficiency, and accuracy, but he wasn't there today.

Drive thru combo of Big Chicken and Big Fish Stick. The kids usually throw the hard biscuts to the squirrels in the backyard. One of the nice things I can say is they've never messed up an order ... and the squirrels usually recover.

I ordered grubhub, and It literally said on the KFC receipt that they (KFC) double-check orders for accuracy or whatever. Weird because they didn't give me my Cole Slaw side and only enough gravy for 1 bite of mashed potatoes. I called, and they never answered, so I just had chicken and a hard biscuit for dinner. Grubhub said that was KFC's fault, and they are right. Fast food is not hard to do, I'm not sure why y'all can't complete an order.

The sign on the door says that the lobby closes at 10 but when we tried to go in, the door was locked at 9:25. A guy came to the door and asked if we were picking up an order and we said, “no, we were coming to eat”. He said, only the drive thru is open til 10 and when we pointed at the sign and said, “it says lobby open til 10” he responded with “yeah” and when we looked confused, he shut the door on us. So we left. If they aren’t even going to stay open til it says, then I’m not going to trust them to care to make my food.

I personally work at This location currently as of (12/5/23) The place is ok and basic, thing is that all my coworkers (Only know Spanish) So I'm the only one speaking English. I try very hard at my job and I want every to feel respected and happy when they walk in those doors.
