I went to try Pupusa here tonight. Made a huge mistake going here. I am 31 years old woman, i like to explore new foods and cuisines. Hence, I convinced my husband to go here. We are vegetarians. We where given a table where the waiter comes, greets us, we greet back and his next question was, do you guys want any drinks to which we politely said no, in that instance the smile from his face faded away and we told him just water is fine. He comes back with the water and we told him we want a pupusa and asked if there is anything vegetarian other than that. He chose to say the bare minimum words and being extremely rude. We really felt uncomfortable. But it got worse after that, the minute he left with our order, I overheard him repeating our order to the cleaning lady behind and shaking his head making it so obvious he was not pleased and we were not welcome there.
I have been to so a few countries , and many places to eat, never made to feel like this just because i don’t want to drink and want to try something new.
Pupusa was okay, our moods very ruined by the guy’s behavior!
Thanks for ruining our Saturday !

First time going to this place and no complaints. We arrived almost at closing time, yet they accepted us and served us food really fast. Food and service was good.

Nice, large place. Was relatively empty when. We got there so service was quick. Good food and delicious salsa and bean-dip accompanying the tortilla chips.

First time here. I came for the happy hour and I I ordered quail. I thought the platter was very good. Their salsa is pretty spicy. Service was great. The servers are very attentive. Nice patio area. I will return.

I will not be back to this restaurant because I got terrible food poisoning after visiting. The food itself was okay, but not worth the hours paying for it later. I think they have an issue with their food handling. The atmosphere of this restaurant on the inside also feels pretty run down. The service was decent and they had good chips and salsa. However, I can’t overlook the poor food handling and seeing themes of this in other reviews as well so it seems to be a pattern. There are so many other places to eat in the area that I don’t think this one is worth the risk.
