I ordered through their app and chose a curbside pick-up. Came to the location and entered the curbside number and waited for more than 15 minutes inside the car but no one showed up. Tried calling them but no answer.

If you go to the drive-through, they’ll tell you to pull to a stall and wait. Took 10 minutes to get my food. All because they want to get their numbers down. Then I got my large fries and it was 80% full

Not going to lie, I already stopped eating McDonalds as a whole, For reasons like this. I came through this location wanting to get a french vanilla ice coffee. If I had to describe the taste it gave me as I took the first sip, think of toxic chemicals and death. It was so nasty, how in the world do you mess up coffee???? It taste straight like cleaning solution. You could slap a hazard sign on it because it could possibly kill someone, I had my co-workers try it to make sure I wasn’t tripping. They gave the same reaction, Disgusting! I saw new faces and maybe thought “ok we got a few brothers there, they’re young maybe they are changing the atmosphere. I was wrong, super wrong, I was so wrong you couldn’t even see the right. Not coming here again, and honestly I wouldn’t suggest anyone to keep coming to McDonalds as a whole.

Went through the drive through, for some reason were only accepting cash, I still ordered but when I asked for the total amount the guy in the window completely shut down and asked me to go to the first window. I head to the first window and there is no one there. After a while I move to the second window and the guy looks at me and just turns around. After 10 minutes an older lady named Jennifer comes to the window and asked what I ordered and tells me they don’t have any of what I ordered. Proceeds to tell me what they do have available. I tell her that I’ll have what she has available. She becomes rude and asked me what I want to order so I tell her I want to take what she has available since she mentioned she had about 4 burgers left and my original order was 6 items. She responded with “I don’t have time for this “ and “I’m not playing games” and asked some one else to help because I was being “complicated” it threw me off completely I came for food and left with none

Seriously I don’t know how or why but this McDonald’s I always get the hottest fries. Maybe it’s because I’m getting happy meals as an adult but try the happy meals and do double fries. The freaking delicious. Said in a Napoleon dynamite voice.

Order machine - third experience, poor, inefficient, loops back, dead ends at sauces. Paper receipt was blank. All tables were a mess with sauces. No sweetener except sugar. Order clerks were ignoring customers. Chrispy chicken sandwich bread was hard. Chicken was dry and cold. Fries were ok, nuggets were ok.

I asked for 3 extra creamers in my coffee and when I got it they didn’t put it in there . I go back and say hey this doesn’t have my extra creamers , a man then goes back &’ acts like he’s putting some in there and hands it to me with it still looking the exact same . At least my hash browns were good .

This is a poorly run McDonald’s. The kids that work The takeout window system are barely audible over the speaker. They don’t seem very much into the job or service. They avoid making eye contact with you at the window. I’m also not a big fan of face neck, tattoo children handing me food.Their grill personnel frequently don’t get the orders right. The food is often cold. There were some people working the window or the counter that can barely speak English if at all. I have observed this restaurant for months and today was the final straw, so to speak. I would avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.
