We had a terrible experience here. They take forever to prepare food — even basic orders drag on endlessly. There was an anniversary offer going on, but no one mentioned it at billing, and they charged us full price for the biryanis. We asked for the Khaidhi Mutton Biryani — first they said it would be available soon, then kept adding “just one more hour” every time we asked. We waited way too long and still didn’t get what we wanted. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Definitely not worth the time or money.
Food taste is ok.

I had the Shrimp Biryani at Nags Kitchen, and it was a real treat. The rice had the right aroma to it, pleasant and soft, and the shrimp were fresh and tender. The level of spices was just right—flavorful but never too much. The portion size was good enough as well. Would certainly order again.
Must try place for pulav's especially shrimp pulav and also handi biryani. Good service and quality. I highly recommend nag's kitchen
