Sad day at Regio. They no longer make the soup. I swore by that soup that it healed the sick. I only go there for it. Now unfortunately ive lost another place to go. Chicken is always good but im not there for that.

Very bad experience at Pollo Regio – Frisco 423. Because of this location, I honestly don’t think I will eat at any Pollo Regio again. The customer service was poor, and the food quality was very low.

I only tried a few items, and the rest went straight to the trash. Extremely disappointing experience.

First time ordering from this place and it was a huge disappointment. We placed a curbside order and were missing two items with no notification. The grilled chicken and pastor were both overcooked and overly salty. The pastor bowl had barely any meat and was mostly rice and grated cheese. The rice on the side was also extremely salty. When we opened the bags, grease was all over the packaging from the charro beans, which I should add had no flavor. The mixed meat option that came with the regio platter was poorly packed - both types of meat were just thrown together with minimal foil, and grease was leaking from every side. I honestly don’t understand how this place has 5-star reviews. Never again.

Chicken Nugget 2.0

Ok look we like the food and we always loved it but now the service is unacceptable either they get something wrong , missing or not fully complete even destroyed. Although the staff seems pretty nice but they always forget about drive through orders and we're serving people inside that came after us and not us look next time if this happens again I will not hesitate for a review but hopefully that review will be a good one I just hope you guys learn from the mistake
