This place has fallen off, and I mean BIG TIME. Always atleast a 20 minute wait in the drive-thru but the chicken used to be worth it. HORRIBLE, dry, bland and over priced. This is the 5th strike. I'M OUT.

My first time in this restaurant and the cashier, Keegan stole the show with his superior customer friendly service. This young man is so professional, empathetic and attentive to the customers needs.

I love the food here but the lack of English speaking associates makes it hard for me to patronize this place. I just ordered loaded chicken fries at 1:17 pm. As I sat in the drive thru for 20 min, I get to the window to pay at 1:38 pm the lady tries to charge me for an order that I didnāt place. When I said I ordered loaded fries, the woman then says āloaded friiiiiā and then starts to put in my order asking me ā wha kinda meeeā?? I replied so the order isnāt ready? She says noooooo. I just drove off. What a waste of time. 20 mins in the drive thru just to be told that they didnāt put the order in when I placed it at the drive thru speaker is ridiculous.
To the owner, Please put the English speaking associates at the drive thru speaker and window please. Itās hard to support your business when I waste 21 mins sitting in the drive thru because the person working the window doesnāt understand English. At least hire bilingual associates because the language barrier canāt be good for business or your profits.

I love their food so much but donāt use the mobile app, I placed a huge family order. Nobody ever showed up, we have a ring camera. Nobody came by and now theyāre saying marked as delivered. I tried emailing they just say to wait for my ticket number. Unresponsive. Very disappointed in customer service. They keep telling me to email customer service, I do and they say under investigation. Nothing ever moves.

Unfortunately, out of disappointment of terror, we ordered a Siberian toast and upon receiving it I was greatly surprised to find roasted chicken on the toast (no longer shredded breast). I asked the ladies serving and they didn't know what I was talking about,
Now it turns out that they already put roasted chicken on the toast, but the menu does not say that it is roasted chicken. One of the most pleasant moments for my body is to eat and be disappointed like this. I encourage you, my race, I have already told you what happened so that you do not fall into deception up north!!!!
Second time this happens to me, I eat in this place and my whole family gets sick, diarrhea for 3 days, they should close this place, I'm going to make a report to the city, horrible place!!!

If I could give -negative reviews I would give a minus 10 Stars. Natali took my phone call and pretended to be the manager. She thn passes the phone to someone else after she noticed I got upset at her because she waa laughing at my situation.
This restaurant is giving smaller portions thn other locations. They probably trying to save on food cost at the expense of customers.
Also my order was wrong and Natali "the manager" not only didnt apologize, she asked me if I had a picture.
You should be ashamed of stealing people's hard earned money when you send delivery orders with less portion of meat and you still charge full price.
I don't want someone to call me nor email me. I'm never trying your branch again ever in my life.
Excellent food and excellent service from Maria, very friendly and very good communication with the customer. experience 10/10
