10/13/24- I am used to the food (chicken and tacos ?) at El Pollo Loco but didn't feel like driving 35 minutes from Frisco/Prosper to Denton or Fairview so I visited El Pollo Regio. The service was good but I have to say the food was ok, that's all. I am used to 2 or 3-piece meals or a single piece (side) of chicken if I so desire, not a whole or half chicken. The street tacos ? were decent but nothing to write home about. I wanted to experience El Pollo Regio to compare...

Excellent and fast service, Miss Fiorella was very friendly and helpful at all times, the chicken was too delicious, it is without a doubt my favorite place to go to eat after work or on a Sunday with my family!

This is a wonderful place. Their chicken and asada beef fajitas are 5 star restaurant quality with the convenience and pricing of fast food. If you are looking for top notch Mexican cuisine in a fast food style building, this is the place.

We usually get family and whole rotisserie chicken and a pound of beef fajitas. It's well made, fresh and hot with all the sides you would expect. Their grilled whole onion and fresh corn tortillas make the meal perfect.
