Waited at drive through for over 5 mins...no one ever spoke over the speaker...then drove up to the service window. Saw people doing things but not paying any attention to me. Had to knock on the window and finally one of them from accross the room just waved me off to leave... couldn't someone have said something over the drive through speaker instead of letting me sit there..? Terrible customer service and very unprofessional !!

This specific Schlotzskys has the best quality of all the Schlotzskyies I have been to. The quality of food and the care with which they make it is just extra ordinary. I just hope they do not ask for tips for take out orders too. It is ridiculous to tip for take out / to go orders.Vegetarian options: vegi pizza, vegi sandwitchParking: lots of parking around. there is a kroger just around the corner too. just be extra careful exiting on to 423 as the traffic is fast moving.

If you're a Schlotzsky's fan I definitely wouldn't recommend you go to this location. There's nothing better than a hot, fresh well made Schlotzsky's sandwich but we didn't get it here! No one was in the restaurant or drive thru so no excuse to be handed a sandwich that was apparently pre- made, not fresh, cold with very little veggies. I was wondering how they made the sandwich soooo fast! Won't be going back to this location- very disappointing since it's so close to our home.

The food was great in taste but we got the French dip and there was a couple of slices of thin roast beef on each sandwich. If you want to taste the roast beef go to Arby’s. Counter employee was very nice in spite of a language barrier.

Roughly $30 in totalSadly, we found out that they missed the last soup from our order.Overall, the food was fine. However in comparison to other chains in the area, I would likely go elsewhere based on value, flavor, and menu offerings.
