I ordered a large iced coffee in the drive-thru but was given a medium instead. When I mentioned it, the staff apologized and said they would make me a large. However, when I received the replacement, it was simply a large cup with extra ice, not an actual large coffee. This was disappointing since I paid for a large drink but essentially just received more ice instead of more coffee.

I LOVE scooters and I am lucky to have a few near me. But this location is always a fail. I’ve been here 3 times and each time my drink was horrible. I went in today thinking they would redeem themselves (shame on me) I went in to get the new fall drink and the barista had no clue what I was asking about then didn’t even know what ingredients go in the drink. The drink that is clearly advertised in their store. Disappointed is an under statement. I won’t EVER visit this location

Unlike other Scooter's in the area, this location is one that you can actually go inside of! They had games to sit and play while drinking coffee which is always a plus. The coffee here is wonderful and the two humans working the Sunday evening shift were delightful to speak to. :)

0 stars if I could, simply for their shadiness. My daughter earned a free drink coupon for a library reading program. The cheapness of the company is very evident. We went to go use the coupon for a drink and instead of an expiration date, the company put a date. A SOLITARY DATE that the coupon can be used. How cheap are you that you put one day it can be used three months out? Shame on you!

Well, I wanted to try a new coffee place instead of going to the popular ones. I order an matcha latte with chai in it, definitely not the good matcha. Definitely was a low quality version of matcha, and for the price definitely not worth it. I asked for a small, and still got charged a medium, they weren’t listening apparently. I also order a cinnamon roll, definitely not good either, it seemed old and cream cheese frosting was terrible, ruined the whole pastry. Will be the last time trying this place.

Coffee is Not even worth 1cent. Horrible coffeee and customer service. DONT waste ur money and time here… girls working here horrible, zero customer service and they dont care. Coffee didnt taste like coffee not even 1% . 99% water and 1 pinch of coffee.

What did they do put it on the inside… the coffee tasted watered down like she was trying to save coffee beans or something!!!!!!! This is why star bucks is king! Then she gets an attitude when I asked for a cup of coffee with nothing in it. I’m like first time at this place last time at this place…. She said we don’t have individual creamers. So I had to tell her can u put it on a cup!!!!! The service suck I want ever be back plus on top of that the Splenda was the cheapest Splenda on the market. Had to stop by 711 to get real Splenda it’s so sad… who u hire and you being cheap will ruin your business

Scooters is my favorite coffee shop. The coffee is delicious and sweet while still having a strong coffee flavor. Their caramelicious muffin is amazing and my friends have loved their cake bites. It is even kid/teen approved for their hot chocolate and cake bites and "Better than starbucks". Everyone has always been friendly and kind. I always highly recommend Scooters coffee, especially this location.

Asked for a medium hot coffee took five minutes to get a coffee that I never asked for. Then the girl goes to remake it, and the coffee is cold at that point. I just drove off. I wasn’t even going to fuss with her trying to make another one of me sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes.

The service here is the worst , they doesn’t listen what we’re ordering , and they just do whatever they like and whatever they know . The coffee doesn’t seems getting similar taste , its different every time I go . The girl shows attitude everytime.
