This is a good place that recently opened in Little Elm/Frisco location. The best reason to get the food here is healthy and hygienic food especially if you are a Vegetarian, since the options are abundant. (Veg Poriyal, kootu, Kuchambu, Rasam to name a few). They are health conscious - add minimum salt, use peanut oil (not a refined one) and do not use food coloring agents/Ajinomoto etc. that is a norm with many other Indian places. The food is of South Indian (Tamil Nadu) style....

Ordered vada, plaintiff bajji, aloo bajji, sesame laddu, black urad dal laddu, ariselu. Best Vada and bajji I had in DFW area. Very pleasantly surprised by how fresh and yummy all the sweets were. Ariselu were amazingly soft. 100% will recommend!

We ordered idly, Vada, Idyappam with Kurma and Mutton biriyani - all of which tasted really good. The food is fresh, and we felt Sindhu’s Kitchen is a place of love and tradition, where each meal is prepared with the extreme care that a mother would put into her cooking.
