My son injured himself right outside the store and the employees there bandaged him up and tended to him until I was able to arrive to take him to the hospital. Great group of kids working there!

I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances to improve my smoothie, but unfortunately the quality hasn’t changed. Each time, the smoothie tastes like nothing but ice — no flavor, no fruit, and I end up forgetting what I even ordered because there’s no taste to distinguish it. I really hoped for better consistency and freshness, but the experience has been disappointing.”

I always come here before/during work to get Nutella toast and have always had a really nice experience. Today, Chip took my order and made my toast for me. Chip was so kind and friendly, especially after I said I was having a hard day. I really appreciate customer service like this because it can turn a bad day around.

Product is always great. Leaving a 2 star due to management.
The white man with the brown hair and beard they have managing this place - should not be.
This is the third time I’ve come to get a small order - and heard him in the back cussing and berating the workers.
You can tell this is a miserable place to work and the energy of the room is not pleasant.
He keeps his AirPods in- acts like he’s bothered to come up front .
If this location wasn’t so close to me I’d just go somewhere else. Smoothies are smoothies. Service is a good team is what bring people back… and this place is lacking.

Always great service and great suggestions

The shift leader Benson was amazing. He worked register and once off register he was moving fast to get the smoothies out. The other worker was slow he might be in training not sure but 5 stars to Benson for trying his hardest while it was a little busy.

Perhaps one of my lowest ratings ever given. I gave the extra star only for the polite greetings when I first entered, other than that it was a complete mess. 3 people working and it seemed they were only working one drink at a time. When I finally got my drink it was watered down with too much ice (if you know, you know). A very familiar sound from other experiences. I took a sip and quickly asked if this was my order because it seemed to be missing the peanut butter I requested and paid for. Everyone asked each other if they put in peanut butter and no one knew. It wasn’t worth the back and forth after they said “yeah I guess we did, maybe it’s the new PB”. Very disappointed here.

This location is not on my way to work in the morning, but I’ll keep coming because of how they make my smoothie. The two young men that work here in the mornings are so nice & make my smoothie to perfection.
