This place is alright. Normally, the smoothie I get tastes different every time, so I'll assume they don't follow measurements if that's how it works. The last time I came, I was short 36 cents. However, the employee gave the person in front of me an entire free drink because he didn't bring his money. However, when It came to my 36 cents, I ended up having to go outside to get it. I think it was kind of weird how she would give someone an entire drink that's around 10$ for free, but make a big deal about 36cents. The people who work here aren't so friendly. There are like two. However, hospitality is alright.

The guy who made me a smoothie picked up the ice with his bare hands. I've been suffering with a stomach bug since the night of the same day. I'm never going to this location again! The employees really need to work on hygiene!

I just got out of Smoothie King located on 423 . I ordered 32 oz Immune Builder and added Vitamin D. When paying cash after the cashier took the money, he told me he couldn't open the drawer. I didn't have a card and requested to speak with a manager. With no luck or respect, he told me I needed to download the app and pay with a card. No apologies for the inconvenience. Just take it or leave it. So sad

I love the Pineapple Surf, and my daughter loves the Angel Food. Isaiah and the crew do a good job making my smoothies every time I visit. If you are able to order Bangs in the Star Burst, Black Cherry Vanilla, Cherry Blade Limonade, and/or Citrus Twist, I would be so happy to buy them from you!

Don’t get a smoothie bowl if you want fast service… they will take orders for regular smoothies & make theirs before they start making your bowl. Waited 35 mins for a half full bowl while everyone else with regular smoothies was out within 10 mins. Not fair at all to be sitting there watching other people place a order & be out before you.

This place is ran by high schoolers and it shows. In the middle of ordering, the AA kid just walks off and goes to the back and returns 5 minutes later with no explanation. Then my smoothie wasn't even prepared right. I love when I order a smoothie nearly $10 and it's straight ice chunks! Did we even use a blender ?

Not the best establishment in the area! I only went here because I had a coupon and when I gave the coupon to the store helper he acted confused about what to do and didn't apply the coupon. It wasn't a big deal but when I tried to bring attention to the issue the helper wasn't much of a help. He did eventually get my drink though but wasn't very interested about anything but my quick dismissal. I don't get smoothies very often but next time I will find a store with people more helpful.

I usually go the smoothie king on Main but this one was closer to the house. I waited for about 20 minutes for a smoothie when I was the first person in line, I have no idea why it took so long with 3 employees working. When I finally get the smoothie it's not even good. And they didn't even fill the cup all the way I just paid $11 AND used my $2 healthy rewards just to not even have a full smoothie. Never coming back.

I hate to leave this review, I absolutely love the connivence for a protein shake after a workout. I came on a Saturday at 850 and on the list on what the days are open and closed said they closed at 9pm but online it said 845. Either way there were two employees one Hispanic and another was Asian and she gave the most uncomfortable, unnecessary attitude I have ever received. If the doors were locked I would of understood but the sign outside said 9 and online it says 845 and if it was 845 why were the doors still open? I always tip well but I didn't feel that it was appropriate to treat a customer in such ways. I greeted with a smile and was very polite only to get a very poor attitude. Maybe retraining or a supervisor needs to be implemented?

Usually a great smoothie experience, just not today. 3 people working, 1 mopping, the other 2 at the counter. None of them greeted me upon entering, 1 of the 2 at the register just kept doing what he was doing like I wasn't even standing there. I asked for Xtra peanut butter in my smoothie as I always get, didn't get it. I had to go home, pop the smoothie in my own blender and add the peanut butter myself. Not on their "A" game today.

Employees at this location are unnecessarily difficult. Impatient, rude, and frankly disrespectful. We walked in, to an empty lobby and were rushed with literally no one in the store. Employees did not read coupon, and denied use of said coupon even though it was valid on a Wednesday.
