Order incorrect and waited over 20 minutes for them to swap tots for fries. Bottom line waitress took the tots back inside the restaurant and never brought out the fries. Ugh! This place needs management bad.

We pressed the button and sat in the stall for 10 minutes waiting for someone take our order. There was only ONE other car a few stalls over around the entire establishment. Our stall was in front of the window and we could see 3 people not doing anything. We could clearly see one guy just on his phone. This is not the only time we've had terrible service at this Sonic.

The food is fine, like mcdonalds level. The service, as limited as it is, is also fine. However, for some reason, the entire right side of this locations ordering booth thingies, do not work. The reason I put three stars for service, is do to the fact that no one bothered to tell me, nor did they post any sort of warning or sighn about it.

I came to this location to pick up some food for my little cousin. I pulled into one of the stalls and needed to use the restroom. A young lady outside assisting an Uber member with a customer's order. I asked me if they had a restroom on site. She replied, " Yes! Just push your service button and ask someone to unlock the door". I followed her instructions and was told over the intercom that they do not have a public restroom. I was puzzled and informed the same young lady who told me to notify the staff. I'm not from around here so I assumed this location had a drive-thru and they did not. I pulled to the other side and began placing my order. I was assisted by Derrick, the voice was very similar to the young man who informed me the restrooms were not for the public. I placed my order and watched 2 young men walking to the restroom. I had already started to record because at this point I needed clarification. I saw my order coming out and asked the sweet lady who brought my food out. I asked, "Excuse me, did those young men just walk up and use the restroom?" She responded with a confused look on her face by saying “Yes, they had to use the restroom. I asked for my receipt and the GM's contact information. The initial young lady who told me I could use the restroom tried to say they didn't use the restroom. I informed her that Shannon and I saw it so miss me with the lies. She was the same person who claimed it varies if the restroom is used because of its location. She tried to ask me if she could do anything to make my night better and I informed her no bribe would account for their blatant disrespect!

To the disrespectful coward Derrick, shame on you for having the women attempt to clean up your mess.

Per the general manager, this location doesn’t allow patrons to use the restroom after 6 p.m. He states his staff has had to clean up after patrons, and this isn’t their job. I didn’t think I had to disclose my reason for using the restroom. However, because of his ignorance, I decided to humor myself.

This sonic makes the best breakfast burritos by far (out of the other frisco locations I’ve been to), I always stop by for breakfast , Thomas and Hannah are amazing and friendly!

Waited 15 minutes after pressing the button! No response at all. Multiple cars waiting/leaving. People are inside talking to one another. Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Only wanted a drink. Terrible establishment, inadequate management and workers.

Stopped in for a quick drink, placed order….Amanda’s on here way……Amanda never shows up…..pushed button, Amanda never showed up with drink, “ok, we have your drink……wait 5 minutes, no drink…..finally have to leave for appointment, never receive drink paid for! Terrible service!

Their app doesn’t ever work!!! It’s so frustrating and annoying that I can’t even use any of my points and get free stuff nor deals on anything. A nice gentleman helped me out with my orders and that’s the only reason that I gave 2 stars. French fries were too salty and very oily, so I couldn’t even finish them. So sad that they don’t seem to care about their customers anymore. I probably will not be returning.

The last 3 times I have ordered mozzarella sticks they did not include the marinara sauce. The manager needs to teach the employees how to read an order and fill it! Or replace the manager...
