My 7-year-old went inside to ask for a cup of water but was turned away because he was told they only give water to paying customers. It’s unbelievable that a child would be denied a simple cup of water.

Went in to grab my mobile order and Ashley was one of the baristas behind the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and so so kind. Immediately greeted me, complimented me, and just lit up the room. The store was exceptionally clean and had the cutest sign with such a kind message. I really needed to read that message and have the kindness. This location is not my normal location but it will be now because of the employees like Ashley! Thank you for making a difference in my day!! 10/10 recommend

The girl with curly red hair was very inconsiderate and rude to her coworker. The guy was basically begging her to help him and she just had a horrible attitude. She was very chaotic and disrespectful.

My nieces and I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful employee, Moulin. ( sorry if I didn’t spell it right girly ) and I just had to drop by and say that she brightened our day. She’s so authentic and genuine and lovely and she was so sweet to my nieces! While I’m here I won’t go to any other Starbucks! Our drinks were perfect and our experience was unforgettable! All the employees on staff were wonderful! Thank you guys!
