I asked for 7 scoops Dragonfruit Fruit inclusion but look like they only put 1 or 2 scoops. It made me so sad for morning drink

i understand its busy, but i have to kept on checking my orders three times before they even realize that they missed my coffee orders. My coffee was rushed and it does not taste the same from other starbucks i ordered. My wrap was finished and i still have to wait for my coffee. Not coming back to this location again.

These people are too spiteful. If you ask for no ice but chilled, they will ignore you. Other Starbucks location add more milk to my chilled coffee but these ppl refused to top it up but instead gave me a quarter - half a cup because I guess adding more milk is coming out their pockets.

As a daily mobile order-er I just want to say I hope this doesn’t go to drive thru only, like I experienced today. The lines get very long here in the drive thru before this change which is why I do mobile ordering and then walk inside. I like to pop in say hello to the wonderful people that work here, and be on my way. If they go drive thru only, I will stop coming here because those lines are going to extend my already hour commute to work. Even though I don’t use this policy, but it looks like a way to stop also providing free drip refills to those that stay at the location. I appreciate you all but I will be finding another coffee brand location if the is becomes permanent.

The girl with the curly hair was very rude. I had been waiting for over 10 minutes and still hadn’t received my order. I understand it must’ve just crossed their minds, so I waited patiently until I saw a staff member who wasn’t busy. Once I finally worked up the courage to ask, she just stared at me like I was crazy. She didn’t say a word.. just stood there with a blank expression, then walked very slowly to get my order and handed it to me just as slowly. I said thank you, and she just continued to stare at me. She never cracked a smile nor did she say a word not once.. just kept looking at me like I annoyed her. Honestly, it kind of ruined my day :(

Poor quality! My husband and i have tried drinks from here many times and each time they mess up. Very inconvenient to have to go back and get it fixed and a waste of money/time. Drinks are always too milky or too watery. Will not return and DO NOT RECOMMEND for anyone to go here!!!

Moving to Aubrey, this has been my go to for working remotely when I get tired of working at home, but internet speeds at this site is terrible. Approx 2mbs download which is just about ok for web browsing. Typically have to end up using my hotspot to get decent work speeds. Hope more places open up for remote workers who like to move around their town for us short distance nomads LOL.
Service was fast and friendly as well as correct given I like my coffee complicated. Will definatly stop by again

The men here not only have no clue how to make a diva her coffee. They have no idea what they are doing. Went in with only men working and it was awful. Not trying to say anything but yall need to lock in.

I started going to this location due to it being more convenient, but my drinks are never good at all. I've ordered different times and different drinks, and they all were terrible. Today, I ordered a Chestnut praline latte, and it tastes like watery milk. I taste no espresso or chestnut praline. No matter what I order here, it doesn't taste right. I'm not sure if more training is needed or what. I will start going back to the one 380 and 423.
