This place has must have changed hands. The employees that I'm used to seeing are not there anymore. When we opened the door to the restaurant, it was immediately clear something was off. As we proceed to the line, the 2 male employees did not greet us. They just stared at us. Very creepy. There were 5 of us and every single sandwich they skimped on. Every one! I'm thinking new owners. I do not recommend this Subway. I honestly don't like Subway. Very cheap ingredients and even poorer service. But I bring my kids to Subway because their pallets haven't evolved to know this is crap food. I digress.... I can't recommend this place do to them cheating you out of what product.

I had a great experience at this Subway location. Thanks to the girl who worked on Saturday. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She took the time to make my order exactly how I wanted it and maintained excellent hygiene throughout the process. It's always nice to see employees who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning!

Ice had gross black chunky stuff on the side of the dispenser, lettuce was clearly out of date, entire restaurant was filthy. We threw everything away, didn’t even eat it.

If I could leave 0 stars I would’ve. Literally watched a lady cleaning when I walked in attempt to rinse off one hand while holding a glove in the other come make my sandwich. After asking her if she was going to wash her hands in front of a supervisor she said sorry. While I stand there and wait a different employee came over also rinsing his hands w water and drying them off and ready to make my sandwich. Absolutely no soap was used either time. Disappointed. I will never return
Sent in an online order accidentally to this location during my lunch at work which is no where near and when I called to cancel they said no and that they would put it in the refrigerator for me to come get it afterwards despite me not living near the location at all. Horrible service and unprofessional.

It's Subway. It's a chain, usually always the same. Tasty, simple, made in front of you, looks clean, staff is nice. It's a better alternative than some of the burgers with the 100 year shelf life.

There is a female worker that always closes so early. She is very rude and doesn’t take orders after 8:30pm. This always happens with her and she makes it a very bad experience. Her name is

Awful subway experience. I normally kove subway and eat there often but this location is a dumspter fire of a subway. The staff is rude and quiet. I arruved over an hour before closing and the two employees were no where to be found. After about 5 minutes of waiting in an empty store someone came to make the sandwich. I ordered a sandwich and changed one thing that shoukd have made it 13 yet the worker rang up the sandwich as a different one with more addons making it almost 20 dollars. I think they are trained to make each sandwich the kodt exoensive combination possible. He also only spoke one word the whole time to ask if I wanted it toasted but it seems there toaster doesnt work as the sandwich was ice cold. The bread and cookies were stale. This was absolutely horrendous food, customer service, and a digusting example of subway. I tried to inquire about the price in the store yet the two employees refused to even look at me and just had a private conversation in a different language while ignoring me. Subway should close this down as it paints them in a bad name.

Absolute worst customer service ever. I asked for my sandwich extra toasted and they filled it with frozen vegetables. It was cold icy and hard when I went to bite into it. Completely disgusting and inedible. When I called to speak to the manager he yelled at me saying nothing was frozen and my husband saw ice and frost on their vegetable containers. The manager hung up on me 3 times. When I called again he wouldn't even answer and had someone else asking me to bring the sandwich back up there so they could inspect it. All the while the manager is YELLING in the background. This location needs new employees or to be shut down. Horrible.
