The min someone mess your order up the manager try to shift blame on u like I did something wrong I order bacon on my breakfast food and receive sausage Manager Nash very arguementiv oh u didn't order right or u trying 2 get free food I work 60 hrs a wk @25 hrs if I can't pay for a $7 meal something is very wrong manager clai.s she fix my food but I was standing there watching another young lady fix food while manager Nash was prepping food area for remaining of the day she was putting fresh lettuce n whatever else in some bins smfh

Workers were fine but the food always is not what I asked for. The store was not busy when I ordered and arrived. Why have extra fees for ingredients your employees do not provide? Most custom orders are ignored when adding ingredients and they will not add anything extra even though that is what you paid for. Only get the standard items or only remove ingredients and don’t add any that don’t come with it.

Christina went out of her way to help my mom and I today because we tried to order from them the app send us to the other store. She said she can help us out with the order. I was so happy for her doing that for us. She needs a raise.

Another place I'm done with! Got home, was really hungry, opened the wrappers and THIS is what they serve at this place! Not sure if just corporate greed or employees taught to do this, but it's unconscionable especially when people are struggling! This was supposed to be a treat from cooking but was a waste of money! They need to update their menu pictures with these! This is what you're gonna get!

Yeah there system just took the money out of my bank account and i didn’t actually get food. when i drove up they said i have to call customer service for my money back. And there is nobody in the drive through and they guy go i need you to get out of my drive though. lol I rated everything one star because i never actually got to experience it and the way it was handled was not the best. ask for confirmation. The littel girl that was originally talking tried to and some guy cut her off. im assuming he was a manager but he clearly lacked managerial training and the little girl actually was doing right by asking for the confirmation.
