Tiff's Treats responded immediately to my review to address my problem. They were super nice and it was an honest mistake. They even offered to resend the cookies with the correct recipient. This shows great customer service not many businesses would do that. The first time I ordered it was great and they fixed my second order. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I parked in one at Tiff 's treat- reserve spaces because the parking over at tin man social is horrible. My intention was to go to 575 Pizza but they're awful so I immediately left and went over to Tiff's.( I did feel slightly obligated to try one of Tiff's given I had the park in one of their spaces to try 575 which I don't recommend at all- see my review )I bought one of the brownies brought it home and I was pleasantly surprised. They put their brownie in this beautiful box with a bow on it- I feel like I'd be a repugnant person for even throwing the empty box out. But notwithstanding, I highly recommend Tiff's treats in spite of their neighbor's awful pizzas and dirty menus.

Hours and hours and hours of wait time for a few cookies. They didn't have a driver available. Instead of calling me they just gave me the run around. Would have canceled but was a $20 cancellation fee. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

The inside is beautifully simple and clean, I was greeted by the FRIENDLIEST guy and my order was ready exactly on time. My GAAAAAWD. This place is dangerously close to our home. We were having a massive craving for dessert and decided to finally try Tiff’s treats last night. BIG MISTAKE! because now we know we can get something delicious delivered to us. Cookies were warm and gooooey when they arrived. Brownies were so rich and decadent. My favorite is the peanut butter/chocolate one. Lord Jesus we are in trouble!!!!

I still love their cookies but this is the third time I have purchased cookies and asked for them to be heated and they were still cold. Please add more time to the warmer or something. It was very disappointing to get cold cookies walking out the door.

The worker Kevin is SO nice!! He gave his recommendations but never pushed us to get anything. He made sure everything was to our liking the wished us a fantastic evening. 20/10 for kevin:) the treat was great too!
