The company I work for rented the place out for a work party, which I attended. The drinks were great, and the service was great. I would say it's ideal for parties.

We waited for about 45 minutes total and never were served. We sat down in open seating in the bar, a server told us we were good to sit wherever. No one came to the table, so after about 20 minutes, I walked over to the desk to make sure we weren’t in the wrong place. The lady apologized and said she would send someone right over. Waited about another 15 minutes before moving to the bar hoping for service there and they ignored us there for 15 minutes for a total of 45 minutes! We are patient and were chatting to friends but eventually gave up and went across the street.

I had such a terrible experience here tonight. First off, we sat down in the main dining area at 645pm and waited about 15 minutes before we were greeted. They were busy, it is a Saturday night so I was not really upset about this. The waiter came over around 7pm and took our order and placed it. My dad took my kids to play in the arcade area while I waited. 35 minutes go by and I order drinks for myself and my dad since the food was taking awhile... and so he could come sit down and have a beer after running after my kids for 30 plus minutes. Maybe about 45 minutes in they bring out one of my meals we orderred but they didn't have the other entres yet. So, I continued to patiently wait for another 15 minutes and neither my food or drinks had come. I asked the young waiter to check on my food and drinks and he came back and informed me the bar is too backed up and they aren't making his drinks. He then went on to tell me that the food runners have been running the food wrong and they have no time frame on my food that has already taken an hour. I just couldn't believe this. I have honestly never asked for a refund anywhere because I am a pretty patient person but when the manager came over and said that they were too busy because they were catering and serving the event across the street I was upset. if you have an event you are catering..i understand that this is good for the business... but make sure your business in store still has the appropriate staff and help to take care of the patrons dining inside or don't try to bite off more than you can chew. I saw several customers getting upset because of ticket times and lack of communication. I had already paid because I had 3 young kids and when we were done eating we were going to need to leave. The manager did void everything but I also only had a drink and and 1 of our food items delivered and everything else was still in limbo. I am sorry but this establishment came across as mismanaged and disorganized. Maybe this was a fluke but I will not be recommending this place.

Midday, midweek I took my kiddos to enjoy some lunch specials. I ordered brisket tacos and a beef quesadilla. The brisket was almost jerky (super dry) and had no flavor. It was on a dry double corn tortilla. The guac it came with was nearly brown. It was terrible. The quesadilla was in a pool of orange grease!Service:We also waited almost 30 min for our food. We weren't given forks, napkins, extra plates right away. There was just 1 person serving the top and bottom floors. We were also told there was just 1 cook and he was trying to get everyone's order. There were not many people in the restaurant so...The food is simply terrible. It's a great atmosphere for fun and groups but the food is no bueno. There were other servers working but they were playing ping pong.Such a weird experience. Tinman Social, we need healthy options, please.

Food was not good. The Caesar wrap tasted a few days old and just warmed up / chewy. Visited in the middle of the afternoon and the restrooms were disgusting. Upstairs restroom was clogged so we utilized the restroom on the first floor. The atmosphere is Great and the Staff is also Great.

I just had the spinach artichoke dip it was good for two people max it was small but for $10 so not bad at all. I just stopped in to check it out on Easter Sunday. Visited the only bar at the time open upstairs Matt was our server and he was very helpful and friendly. Nice experience. My friend is ready to go back tonight!

This place was perfect for me to take my family to when they visited. It can be pricey if you don’t pay attention to specials, but it’s worth it every now and then. They have so much in one spot and we love going there. Advice to actual bowlers, these lanes are not official and are very dry. I’m not complaining, just giving a heads up so you don’t have to bring your own balls. You can bring your shoes though so you don’t have to pay to rent them.

Not that this review will receive a response since all other negative reviews didn't receive a response, only the good ones. Either way, after visiting the car show going on this weekend, we decided to give the place a try. We bowled first. We arrived around 11:15 Sunday. It was fun but I noticed all the tables were dirty, sticky. I went and got paper towels from bathroom with soap and water to wipe our area down since we ordered soft drinks and an appetizer, we didn't want everything on a dirty table. We decided to over look that part and ordered lunch. We finished our bowling game and decided to sit outside to enjoy lunch. After waiting OVER an hour for lunch order, my daughter went inside to ask waiter how much longer our order would be...he said, well it's been ready, it's sitting over there, I just haven't had time to bring it to you. Seriously! How cold was that lunch going to be! We decided NOT to eat a cold lunch and left.By the way, it was NOT busy either.

I hope that we caught the restaurant on a bad day. We waited about an hour for our food and then it was cold when we finally got it. The waitress apparently had friends eating as she paid most attention to them .... they arrived after us, got their food before us, and had replenished drinks. I was very disappointed in the restaurant. However, the check in attendants bowling was nice. He put us on a list and called us when the lane opened. Unfortunately because our food took so long, we had to pass on that opportunity.Maybe next time...we do plan to try again.
