Ordered in the drive thru and the girl that handed me a breakfast burrito added her own tip. Didn't notice until I got home. Please pay your staff enough that they don't have to steal.

This is the worse tropical smoothie i’ve ever been to. 2 girls a hispanic and light skin who work nights are very disrespectful. i go almost all the time and had a problem with my order. instead of solving the problem they made a whole chaos about it. Keep yelling back over the phone. Saying she’s the manager but a minor? how does that work. This is the worse service and will be getting ahold with their higher up management.

morning employees EXTREMELY rude. i asked to substitute the banana for white chocolate, and she replied with “it does not come with white chocolate” in the most condescending tone i have EVER heard at this location. absolutely unacceptable behavior from a worker.

Went this afternoon and Layla and Surmora was excellent. They was so sweet and helpful. They let me try the new lavender which was amazing. Me and my daughter enjoyed. Will add that to my list. They both had great customer service. Very sweet young ladies ❤️

I recently visited the Tropical Smoothie Cafe at 380 University Dr. as part of a T-Mobile promotion, and it far exceeded my expectations! The staff was friendly and efficient, and the smoothies were incredibly fresh and flavorful. I tried the Bahama Mama, and it was the perfect blend of tropical fruits—super refreshing! The cafe was clean and had a great atmosphere, perfect for a quick and healthy snack. I’ll definitely be coming back, promotion or not! Highly recommend!

Ordered an açaí bowl and apparently they premake them. I was not able to put the spoon in it because it was so frozen. Very disappointing as they are charging expensive prices as if they make the base of the acai fresh.

ORDERED OFF the tropical smoothie app for delivery on 7/25 under garza. missing açai bowl in the order.
Called the store immediately and was told the manager wasn't there but they would leave a note for refund for the manager.
I also submitted a complaint via the app regarding the order and never heard back or got a refund.
Today 8/5 12:30pm (10 days later) called the store again inquiring about it. Was told to call back in a half hour after the manager had time to look through receipts. Called back at 1:00pm and no answer from the store. Called again at 1:06 and told they couldn't look through receipts that only the "higher ups" but they would call me back when refund processed.
What a joke for a $11 bowl that never was received.
There is absolutely no customer service number to call. Used to frequent tropical smoothie often but never again!

Worst service ever girl at the drive thru gave me the worst attitude after i did not tip! Why would i tip ? Its a drive thru i paid for a smoothie she literally slammed the window really rude!
