We got a table right away, and the seating was good and clean. The veg keema dosa was really good flavor in the filling, and dosa was nice and crispy. The sambar pretty good too.

Food was amazing wow. We've been searching for some authentic Indian food in Frisco and finally found our new favorite place. The service was great, the waitress was so kind and attentive. Food came out super quickly and was absolutely amazing. I've had a lot of Indian food and am pretty critical but this stuff was good. Restaurant was super clean and we liked the dishes the food was served on. It was unique for sure. We'll definitely be back!

Veg Vihar restaurant offers delightful vegetarian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. Their paneer tikka and vegetable biryani are particularly flavorful, and the service is impeccable. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience in Little

I saw good reviews and my friends suggested this place. I went there last week and it was very clean with staff wearing gloves and headbands. I ordered ghee podi idly and mulbagal benne dosa which came quickly and tasted amazing. I also tried garlic naan, spicy Malai kofta, and jackfruit panasapottu kurma with garlic naan, all of which were really tasty. For dessert, I had angur rabdi jamun which was the best homemade sweet I've ever had. I definitely recommend this place for vegetarians.

This review is after my third visit to this place. They started with a bang, very good food, fantastic taste, good customer service and well managed, fast, and efficient customer service.Given such a good first time experience, anyone decides to go back.. So did we, however, in our second visit things went down a notch, highly mis-managed, no waitlist system (please use Yelp or Open table for waitlist management), food taste and quality was inconsistent (still okay) compared to our first visit. When we shared the feedback and highlighted the issues, seems like they did accept that some of the food was either under-cooked and some was clearly over-cooked.In this visit some of the dishes we ordered were the same as last time “Paneer Majestic, Schezwan Noodles, Rava Dosa and Buttermilk”. In our first visit all these dishes were really top notch and value for money. However this time, the paneer was highly undercooked and had no seasoning or marination. Schezwan Noodles were a bowl of highly overcooked mushy noodles that were struggling to hold its posture with some Veg Keema in it (who really adds veg keema to noodles), Rava Dosa was okay, Buttermilk this time came in a plastic reusable glass and was quite literally 85% water (I was able to see through the glass and did show the quality to the person who claimed to be the manager). A few other dishes we had in this order were still okay. However, clearly 4/8 dishes we had ordered had clear issues and that is absolutely not a good sign of where the restaurant is headed. Moreover, in-spite on highlighting all of these issues and wasting a bunch of dishes and food, we were still charged the full price for all dishes (not a sign of good customer service, and I dont know if they even took the feedback at that point). In a typical non-indian restaurant, I am not expected to pay for things I don’t like and I have issues with.Nevertheless, we still had the courage to try it the third time, as I strongly believe in giving chances and things happen. This time on the restaurant has gone to (unfortunate to say) worst levels. We ordered the same dishes and few more this time to check if things improved. Instead of improving they went down to worst. The Rava dosa which was fairly decent last time, was another failure this time and to add it all up, the portion size of all the dosas were simply inconsistent. The Rava dosa was probably just about 6 inches in diameter… seriously that tiny… Paneer Majestic, which was one of favorites from our first visit here, was the worst that I have ever tasted. Only had green chillies and some random yellow coating around Paneer. Had no taste, no marination. Worst case the wait and front desk staff were just not interested in any feedback. To me this is a very typical story of any random mom and pop Indian restaurant in DFW. Highly Inconsistent, Mismanaged by a bunch of college kids (or at-least thats how it seemed like), no front of the house involvement from the owner.Hence, this was the last time we visited this place and now no more, unless the owner responds to this review snd confirms there has been a change..All the best and please action on the feedback if you want returning customers from the local community.
