I go to y’all all the time and whenever I get a hot fudge sundae, I get it on top and bottom and when I say I want it on top and bottom, don’t sit there and tell me you’re not allowed to do it because you’ve done it multiple times And then give me attitude about it. That’s why I went off and I would do it again. The night crew at 9 PM today. I must say the little blonde girl needs to adjust her attitude!!! I think you need to replace her. She needs to learn how to take care of the customer. and this was through the drive-through

What can I say about the food? It’s McDonalds. However, I wanted to shout out the morning manager Tori. Such a sweet lady with a beautiful smile and very kind.

The food got two stars because it’s the only reason we keep going back, but it would be better if they made everything right for once. Orders usually not taken right, and even when they are - either way the burgers end up missing ingredients or we are missing a whole burger/fry/food item altogether. They take a long time for people who aren’t doing their job right. Will start going to levelland or Lubbock when we decide to get McDonald’s again because this is getting old. I’ve lived here going on 3 years now and no progress has been made.
