This is a warning to other shoppers since, after reviewing and seeing the same complaints numerous times with the same cookie cutter response from the pizza hut representative, it is obvious that there is no desire to make any changes. Do not spend your money and time at this location. 40 minutes wasted waiting on 2 items. Staff walking around prep areas eating and no sense of care or urgency. When staff finally remembered I was even at the window, lame excuses were given. I returned food as I lost all trust in the quality or condition of the food. Embarrassing performance.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I am with the Littlefield Pizza Hut. My family and I went to eat last night, and it was busy, but the manager was on top of it, she got our order out as soon as she could. The manager explained to us that it was busy, and it might take a minute, but we were very understanding, and our order was out in 15 minutes. Our pizza was very delicious; the wings were just how we like them, and the cinnamon sticks were on point. Thank you, Littlefield, Pizza Hut for the great food.

Food is always mushy, they tell you it's coming out yet I still waited over 45 minutes. Horrible service.
I showed up at 11:45. I feasted on really great pizza. The pizza was awesome! While I was eating the lunch rush was lining up to enjoy a good meal. Customers stood around in line for more than 10 minutes while the staff was working as hard as they could and an elderly couple who was standing in line left to go somewhere else! The employees were working as hard as they could to produce a great product! Upper management needs to hire more people and quit being cheap! You lost money today because you didn’t invest in your most valuable asset. Your most valuable asset is your employees. They all deserve a raise in pay! They work hard and deserve more and should have a full staff! I believe that it is time to fire all of the “executives” who make a 6 or 7 figure income and invest in your most valuable people! Those people are the folks that I saw struggling to do their best at the Pizza Hut in Littlefield Tx today!

Pizza day was excellent, and the cheese breadsticks/marinara sauce were awesome! Also you wouldn't think it but french fries here or the shismet!

Im not sure what has changed. The pizzas use to be soooooo good. Now they are just sad. Hardly any toppings. Not much sauce. Hopefully they figure it out soon, especiallyfor the price you pay. Whether its new staff, or people just not caring about quality anymore..... This was the 2nd time in a row we have had issues. We let it slide the 1st time because everyone has bad days, but its a pattern now...
