Horrible service, ordered 30 min before showing up. And still waited another 45 minutes at the window. And you would think if you waited that long the food would come out at least warm but not even that it was cold and soggy. I know it’s young kids working in there so that is a direct reflection of the management staff.

Poor service. Waited in line just to receive cold food. Not even at correct proper food temperature by far. Made a online complaint. Made attempt to call the store at 10:40 pm and the store is clearly to stay open until 11. Lobby doors were already locked at 10:28 pm customers had no choice but to wait in line to drive thru and pick up unsafe and unsatisfactory food.

Littlefield pizza hut was helping us as customers and our food was great. Also was helping the town of Levelland that had alot of damage due to a storm .. Thank you to our Pizza hut for helping them in this time of struggle ...
It’s dirty all the time every table has a lot food a and plastic around I have to sit in the table for disability people it’s the only one clean

Anytime I have ordered delivery, the drivers never follow instructions. Ordered Buffalo sandwich and all I got was 3 little fries and a sandwich with just veggies. Dine in last time and the place was dirty and none of the workers seemed to care, every table was either dirty or the floor under the table was dirty, atmosphere there is horrible. Food has gotten a little bit better but everything still needs to be improved alot more badly

If the buffet was taken care of better and a person was offered what kind of pizza they likes and if it was on the buffet it would be better. Some pizza like crackers, and I had to eat pizza I didn't like. Pasta was on point. Should be the one they serve when ordering online. Place was clean and quiet. I was only one there. Must have missed the rush at 1:10pm. No change in pizza from when I got here and when I left at 208. Cracker like hand tossed toppings shriveled up.Did ask if I was done before they put up, so almost great.Few issues a long way back at this location but this crew seems to be very good overall.

Very nice people who work there. The delivery driver came to us cause our tire was about to fall off and we couldn't drive it that far. Thank you again for coming to us and going out of your way. That was very sweet of the guy to do. No other pizza place would do that.

Incompetence at its finest. Placed an order over the phone at 5:30 for a pickup at 6:15. Arrived to find that somehow they didn’t have our order. So whoever we talked to didn't ever place it.
