One of the BEST chopped brisket sandwiches I've had! Thank y'all so much!
Absolutely a fantastic place for some amazing Texas BBQ and hospitality. Had their 2 meat with pulled pork and brisket accompanied by Mac n cheese and potato salad. The pulled pork was neither dry nor greasy and had the perfect amount of smoke and flavor. The brisket was beautifully smoked and sliced and was also on par with flavor. I tried the blueberry cobbler for dessert and was left happy, full, and with a great taste lingering. Don't pass by this little red barn of tasty delite.

Food was good! My hubby and I did takeout, 2 brisket & sausage plates, but when we got home his had everything but no sausage. I gave him part of mine. Like I said, it was all good though!

I love getting barbecue brisket whenever they send me to Texas, and I've never had better than I've had here. Sausage and sides are really good, too.

Have been visiting friends in Littlefield and was taken to Uncle Knuckles for my first ever BBQ and I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the food. Everything was extremely well cooked and tasted delicious. Although it’s only open a few days a week I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to visit Uncle Knuckles.
