Today I ordered a spicy hot 15 piece. I was given about 17 of the saddest looking wings small and not sauced like they usually prepare. Not sure if they changed chicken suppliers but I was super disappointed in their product today.

The brand itself is not in question. The food at the 1st location is amazing, but this location is not nearly as good as that one. 1st was the flies, they were everywhere, we could not enjoy the food due to the pests. 2nd is the furniture, so flimsy and cheap feeling. 3rd, the food was not as crispy, as sweet, and as good as the first location. When I ordered a to go order for my wife, I was offered food in the back that had been sitting there. No, thank you. Unfortunately, when I got home and gave the food to my wife, she said it tasted old. I want to hope it was not the one offered to me the first time. I love the brand. FIRST location has my heart for its amazing standards. This one does not match it in quality, service, or atmosphere. I hope to see improvements in the near future.

The food is delicious, and the people are very nice! But the prices are ridiculous. $7 for a small container of fries? It wouldn't be worth it if it was big, it's fries! And $16 for 9 wings!? No sides included. It was good, but I'll never go back, based on the price.
