I am a Favor Runner and I placed an order tonight with, I'm blanking on her name, and she was bartending alone during a very busy shift and, despite the pressure she was under, she was very kind and communicative to every guest that came in during my wait and made sure I knew she was getting to my order in due time. Shout out to her, whoever worked the evening shift alone on October 25th. shes doing awesome and deserves some praise after a shift like that!

I usually love going to this place it's usually a great vibe with a great variety of drinks to choose from, however me and a couple friends went Saturday and the lady working had a bad attitude and I only drank less than a quarter of my drink before I became sick. I still love this place but I'll never go there again when she's working

I cant say enough about how bad ass this place is! The drinks are thebest, completely original mixtues, not sugared up hangovers like some other places. Prices are totally reasonable, they always have unbeatable promotions for new and return customers, I definitely recommend buying one of the thermoses. Especially the larger one that comes with the cool octopus :). And as for the staff, the boss is super cool. But my favorite is Mikayla, she's super friendly, knows her stuff, puts her heart into all her drinks that she makes you, it definitely makes you feel at home and that you're her most important customer while you're there. The old school Nintendo games that you can play while you hang out are super fun also.
10 stars, if I could give it, you gotta check this place out.

Mikayla is an absolute gem! She’s incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to make my drinks. Her cheerful personality and warm demeanor make her a joy to work with. I wholeheartedly believe she deserves a raise!

âž» VIRAL GUY FROM BERMUDA la FACEBOOK PART 1 👋👋👋👋👋

the worst place to get a drink. Gabriel Ortiz the Owner and founder the CEO of BERMUDAS got mad because i called 1 staff member rude but Let me rephrase that—when you walk in, she’s sitting down watching a movie on her phone and acts bothered the moment you ask for a drink. How are you gonna have that kind of attitude when I’m spending my money? I even mentioned it to another employee and he said I’ve heard plenty of people say the same thing about her.

I think it’s best to let the situation go not post me on facebook and etc for clickbait and for views. There’s no need to follow people around or share photos — it’s not that serious. We live in a country where freedom of speech exists, and not everyone will agree with the choices you make regarding who you employ. People have different perspectives, and they are entitled to express them.

No one intends to return, so concerns about trespassing are unnecessary. At no point was there a threat or weapon involved — it was simply a matter of someone voicing their opinion. I understand that you may have taken it personally, but that was not the intent

Yeah, I argued and got loud—but that’s not a crime. As a grown man, why go on Facebook and other social media platforms just to try and humiliate someone? Who does that? For the full story, check out my Facebook—I commented under his posts. Name’s Crystal Jones. Go read it for yourself.

Focus on uplifting the business instead of sitting around gossiping about the situation. You’re more concerned with how I said it than the actual issue.

- Viral guy from Bermudas FACEBOOK. - PART 2 👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋 Gabriel Ortiz The owner posted me. who does that as a manger?

After I left the store, I went online and left a negative review about the situation and how I felt—because I have every right to express my opinion. He got so upset about that, he actually showed up at my job wearing some cheap glasses and a dad hat, showing employees pictures of me. Straight-up stalking.Let’s be clear: my personal life has nothing to do with my workplace. Coming up to my job, asking around about me, involving people who had nothing to do with the situation? That’s creepy and unprofessional. You looked completely out of line—especially as a so-called business owner. But hey, I hope that Facebook post gave you the attention you were desperate for. You really went that low to try and bring someone down
over wine-based slushie drinks. Before all this, your page wasn’t even getting attention. So if this gives you the clout and business boost you needed, congrats. Just make sure you keep this review up too—for parts 5, 6, and 7. Maybe this is your big viral moment. Yes, I’m a New Yorker. We’re straightforward. We speak our minds. Maybe you should take that energy and use it to improve your business. Make a Bermudas Daiquiri in NY or try something new—because right now, you’re running a mess and calling it a business. You went on Facebook trying to clown me and got what—one share and two comments? As a business owner, that’s embarrassing. you got upset over feedback 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

âž» The owner/manager, Gabriel Ortiz, went on Facebook trying to have a viral moment at my expense just because I said one of his employees was rude. Let me clarify what actually happened: when you walk in, she’s just sitting down on her phone, not welcoming, not engaged—just lazy. I came back days later and expressed that directly to him, and instead of taking the feedback professionally, he got offended and told me to leave the store. I’ve never had an issue with any of the other employees. In fact, many of them have mentioned to me how lazy he is, how slow business has been, and how hours have been cut. With a manager like that, it’s not surprising. It’s clear why the store is losing business and why employees don’t seem happy. Let me also make one thing clear: I don’t have any problem with San Antonio or the people here. I work in customer service myself and get positive feedback daily. So don’t try to pull the race card or claim I have something against the culture here. That’s simply not true. I’ve lived here for almost a year—so stop saying I’ve been coming to your store for two years. Get your facts straight. And stop acting like Jasmine was let go due to “budget cuts.” Multiple employees told me she was let go for stealing. I only asked about her because she was nice, helpful, and always gave good recommendations for black-owned spots and great restaurants. She made people feel welcome. Unlike the current girl, she wasn’t sitting around doing nothing. As someone in customer service, it’s basic: greet people, be present, and make them feel welcome. But clearly, your team reflects your leadership. I won’t lie—your drinks are good, but it’s obvious most of your employees are just there for a paycheck and don’t enjoy what they do. And honestly, that’s a reflection of you. So yes, I came to you in person, respectfully, to share my feedback about her. Instead of using it as a coaching opportunity, you got offended. That’s on you. As a manager, you need thicker skin and the ability to take constructive criticism. She acts like she doesn’t want to be there, and plenty of other reviews say the same. But instead of listening, you’re more focused on my delivery than the actual issue. Yes, I’m a New Yorker. We’re straightforward. We speak our minds. Maybe you should take that energy and use it to improve your business. Make a Bermudas Daiquiri or try something new—because right now, you’re running a mess and calling it a business. You went on Facebook trying to clown me and got what—one share and two comments? As a business owner, that’s embarrassing. This is exactly why your store lacks professionalism and why your business is struggling: it starts with you. âž» So back to the story—recently, I went back to the spot with a friend. Like I said before, the drinks are still good, so why not? This time, the owner was actually there closing—probably annoyed he had to stay all night. He greeted me at first, but once he realized who I was, he said he wasn’t going to serve me. Seriously? We’re months past February and you’re still stuck on something I said? I came in peacefully. At the end of the day, it’s just a drink—nothing more than someone pouring liquid into a cup. That’s it. So I told my friend, “Let’s just go,” but before we could, he refused to serve me and I spoke my mind. I said what I had to say, and he just sat there looking foolish. Then his so-called “brother” tried to get in my face, telling me to leave. Cool—I left. But let’s be clear: I didn’t threaten anyone, didn’t damage anything, and didn’t have a weapon. I just exercised my right to speak freely. It’s called freedom of speech. If that bothers you, maybe business ownership isn’t for you. âž» So after I left the store, I went online and left a negative review about the situation and how I felt—because I have every right to express my opinion. He got so upset about that, he actually showed up at my job wearing some cheap glasses and a dad hat, showing employees pictures of me. Straight-up stalking.
