Very disappointed. My Fiance and I were celebrating our engagement before a show and it did not go well. I got parmesan to put on my pizza and after starting to put on my pizza I realized it had mold in it! The waitress apologized and got me a whole new one but the cheese was so gross and rotten. Then I ordered a pizookie that wasn’t even cooked all the way through. Now I feel sick and very upset for the price I paid. I didn’t take a photo of the cheese because I thought it would end there.

Try the ribeye steak with bake potato and broccoli. It is delicious!!! 😋. Oh, by the way, Kelsey, bartender, Ashley, Dining Mgr, and Sal, the waiter are excellent!!!

For the last 3 years I have come here when I visit SA to see my son. Last night I brought him there with me (3yr old) to have dinner. We did a video chat with his mom and he started to have a meltdown before food came. Food came and he wouldn't calm down so I asked for to go boxes. When they were brought by the attendant (not my waiter) she said somebody had covered my tab!!!! I could barely contain myself overwhelmed by someone's generosity!! I gave a cash tip and went away with such appreciation. The staff here are so amazing and were so kind and patient as my boy had a meltdown. See y'all when I visit again!! A thousand thank you's!!!

I love this bjs! Food is always good and quick. We had Antuan as our server tonight and he was amazinggg! His energy is top notch. So nice and informative! He made our night fun! Give this man a raise. He’s the best.

Ordered 3 large pizzas. All pizzas were half price today. The pizzas were very good and the toppings were plentiful. This was carryout order. The person who took the order was awesome. The only downside was their app did not work and we had to go inside to place the order. We had to wait 25 minutes for the pizzas were ready since the app was down.

Thumbs up for our AMAZING service we received, Sal was on top of everything didn’t have to ask for anything and I tell you even though they were short staffed he really went over and beyond. Thanks Sal for your AMAZING SERVICE you supplied for me and my husband, and yes we will be back! Sal keep up the GREAT work . If you have nothing better to do with your time, feel free to enjoy waiting over an hour for your food. We asked to speak with the manager and she was completely unapologetic. She did however give many excuses. Our server was sweet, but had too many tables. That will be the last time they get my $100.

Food and drinks were great and better than expected. Antwon (with the nice skin and perfect eyebrows) was an incredible waiter. Possibly the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Update! I went back to BJ’s to speak to the manager. Miss Ashley is amazing! Not only did I felt heard, she showed compassion and empathy toward the problem. Thank you for hearing me and fixing the matter on hand. We will give BJ’s another shot!

Was not a fan of this place. Came here with my family. Their meals were fine, but mine wasn’t. Paid over 25$ dollars for chicken and fries just so the waiter to forget about my steak. I reminded the waiter every time she stopped by but never brought it out. I told her and the host of my experience and nothing was said so I walked away I definitely overpaid for it. I wouldn’t recommend coming
