BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

The food and drinks were good, although my salad lettuce was pink. But the wait for food is seriously ridiculous we didn’t even order that much. Our waiter wasn’t present at all and never checked up on us. I didn’t want to be here all day but it was such long waits.

Our waiter was polite but absent. Our food was not well cooked. Manager did try to fix it but still not well done. The service was below average.

We had the pleasure of dining at BJ’s on this pass week and encountered Ebony T. Ebony was our server who made sure our overall experience was good and delightful. She ensured our food was served promptly and exceeded our expectations throughout our dining experience. The next time we dine at this BJ’s we’ll be sure to ask to be in Ebony’s section. If you’re every in the Live Oak area and choose BJ’s please ask if Ebony can accommodate you in her section. The food didn’t disappoint either especially the famous pazookie.

Doordash. Busy time. Genevieve and Perry were extra caring for an order that had a couple issues. It took some time but everyone was super accommodating. Customer appreciated as well and tipped extra. Thanks guys.

I had an amazing experience at BJ’s brewhouse in Selma! I’ve been having business meetings here this whole week.The customer service is outstanding, and the selection of food items are exactly what I was looking for! I was so pleased with the customer service I received from Ari and Marisa. They went above and beyond to help me and my clients. All the food items we ordered were tasty and delicious. Not to mention that the food was on time, in spite of the fact that we had a large group of people. The manager (Ben) came over to say hello and check on us. He was very friendly and so very accommodating to our group. Today’s experience is a great example of what every restaurant should provide - great food, affordable prices, great service, great atmosphere. Kudos to BJ’s - your staff demonstrated a great reflection of the caliber of people you hire. A big thumbs up! 👍

My wife ordered a tri tip cooked medium that came out well done, we asked a server for it to be recooked, then the manager removed the tri tip from the table (which is expected) and came back in about ten minutes. When he returned he dropped another well done tri tip on the table and did not say a word before walking away. He did not check on us for the rest of the evening and I saw our server maybe four times in the hour and a half we were seated.

Ribeye for the price was a horrible cut of beef. Salt is a condiment not a marinade. $3.79 for a 16 ounce Dr. Pepper!! Seriously? $9 for a draft beer. An $11 bottle of wine for $45. The server was great. We will NEVER go back. Ever!!
