I have been going to this location for awhile. I always order the same special. Now you specifically have to tell them your ordering the special and if you don't they charge you regular price on the croissants.

This was so bad. We ordered 4 meals and every one was wrong! Call the phone number and just get a user busy message. Probably because there are so many complaint calls coming in.

This location is so Dirty! They wear the same gloves to clean the dumpster, to clean bathroom make food and handle money. They need sanitary help here and management that cares. They need adults here who care i drivebto the one 19 min away would eat here if it was clean but its ran by people who are gross

Do not come to this Burger King. I came here and seen a guy sitting on the counter where they place your food for pick up. Maybe I'm just weird but I don't want food coming from where someone's butt has been. Also, I literally watched the drive through guy take a drink of my coffee before he tried to give it to me. If he didn't take a drink, like he said, he did put it close to his face to where it looked like he did. He then accused me of trying to get free coffee. After seeing that I didn't want anything from this place and drove off without my order. I like Burger King's food but this one specifically is operated poorly. I would give zero stars but that's not an option.
I went to Burger King and ordered 2 whoppers no pickles no onions heavy ketchup and heavy mayo a BK King sandwich and a medium onion rings. When I was placing my order the cashier was barely paying attention and was talking in her phone as you could hear her through the speaker. They had 3 cars ahead of me and it took almost an hour for me to get my food. When I finally got to the window the cashier who I saw name was Melanie I believe was on her phone scrolling through Facebook. I get my sandwiches and there’s no tomatoes which is standard for a whopper sandwich one piece of lettuce and barely any mayo and no ketchup at all and the onions rings tasted as if the just poured the whole container of salt on them. This was the absolute worst experience ever and I will never go back there.

We ordered online for delivery. We called several times to check on the order but no answer. It was finally delivered over an hour after it was ordered. The food was cold. We ordered only mustard on two of the burgers and got only mayo on both. We didn’t get any dipping sauce that was ordered. On the third burger it had two top buns for the bread. The chicken sandwich had hard stale bread so much that it wasn’t edible. Very disappointed Burger King!!!
