This location needs new ownership or needs to be shut down completely. Every single time I have come here they are always rude or the order was wrong. Today I pulled into the drive thru and was greeting with bad singing through the speakers. Then he proceeds to let me say my order. After telling him the fourth thing I ordered he laughed and said “Actually our system is down I can’t take your order” ..okay. So you let me take my order, THEN you decide to tell me you can’t take it alright.

How does a bacon king not come with any bacon!? The burger was cold as well. The fries had excessive salt on them. I couldnt eat them. This is the second time in a row. You guys really dont care. Zero F's given.
Store was dirty and bathrooms filthy. I almost threw up. Not coming back.

Oof it was kinda sad in there. The place was dirty, none of the tables had been swept off there was trash littered amongst the floor and so many crumbs. I don't necessarily blame them because they don't have a lot of customers that sit down and eat nor a lot of drive-thru orders so I guess they still probably can clean up. They only had two sizes of lids out (I had a medium and it was not there) and everything looks like it had not been restocked.
I got the $7 trio special bacon cheese burger, medium fries and medium drink. The picture of the burger looked way bigger and when it arrived it was so small but I think it is cheaper than a meal but barely fulfilling. Lastly it is still better than the McDonald's on walzem

Although the food is everything that is expected 😋 👌 I will say how they answer the drive-thru intercom is rather annoying, leading to thoughts that they are really bored.

Visited on Saturday and NEVER again! Mold, bugs, broken appliances, and out of several food options... How are you OUT of Impossible Whopper? Ice cream machine works on rare occasions, but one of them said they don’t take it apart to clean it, so have fun eating mold. Lobby floors are sticky and there’s at least 3 drink options sold out of the soda machine.
