I made a mobile order at 10:00 pm I arrived at 10:15 pm just for the manager to not acknowledge me at the window then she proceeded to count down a drawer not say anything but that they were closed . The signage on the door stars 11:30pm but I was there in line a while hr before I didn’t get my money back or the food I ordered she slammed the door in my face and wouldn’t talk to me I just wanted to ask how I can get my money back. I know exactly what she looks like and I will be contacting corporate

The service is just trash the black lady who worked the night of 3/17/24 was very rude. After she answered the drive thru speaker and we stated that we had an order she never said anything else we pulled up to the window and she saw us and another customer behind us but she did not acknowledge us and continued to count down the drawer . After waiting almost 30 minutes just for her to say “we closed” and slammed and locked the sliding door. I would have not felt any type of way if she started with that in the beginning, it takes nothing to be courteous. Also the store hours should be updated. I honestly hope the right people see this her attitude and carelessness was uncalled for.

They took forever getting my food to the window! Bunch of young kids working who don't care about customer service. People sit a long time at the window waiting 15 to 20 minutes for them to get your food to you. Terrible!
