Ice cream was nasty. My server got my order wrong, how hard is it to get ice cream wrong? My server was also not very respectful. A guy cut in front of us and they served him. My and my brother got the same size, but they gave him two sizes up, same price. They are too slow and way to over packed for how slow they move.

Ice cream was delicious. Staff knows how to put flavors together. Three stars ⭐️ is due to the lack of people skills in a customer service position. Staff needs to be more friendly and approachable. Although they know how to service ice cream, I suggest they learn how to interact and relate to the customers more and not worry about getting them out so much.

The kids need help. They move very slowly as if they are confused. The other part is all the online orders that come in. They wont look at the long line of us because they would have to acknowledge that the online orders are taking priority.

Walked out… fifth time I’ve been. And they always take half an hour at least to serve about five people. This trip, the employees had a customer lift their dog above the ice cream to pet.

When you ask for something you want they said they no have all the ingredients also ask for different product and they said don't have the ice cream how???. Bad customer service don't make ice cream with all the ingredients

ice cream tasted horrible. i was so shocked. and for it to be so expensive and for it not to mixed well at all. i was very disappointed. then they tried to remake it and gave me the wrong flavor and size. do not recommend. had my other family members try my ice cream and said the same thing, it tasted bad.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered three ice creams today through DoorDash, and only ONE was correct. Another was technically the right flavor, but they put a medium in a large cup—seriously? That’s flat-out dishonest. And the third? Missing a $4 waffle cone AND $4 worth of mix-ins. Eight dollars just gone.

I had to call DoorDash support because I was fuming. Cold Stone used to be a place I loved—a place full of good memories. I wanted to share that with my kids today. Instead, we were served nothing but disappointment.

Cold Stone has completely gone downhill. The lack of care, the dishonesty, and the quality control (or lack thereof) make it clear they just don’t care about customers anymore. Do better—or don’t bother at all.

Both girls who were here this evening need a raise ! Super nice very patient with us ordering and my toddler in the store. Also helped us figure out how to Use the rewards program. 10/10 service

We waited over an hour for ice cream, a very popular place! However when the manager is in the back doing nothing and there is over 30 people in line, then she and another employee leave leaving two guys to serve 20 more people. Plus these people are in here seeing online orders as well! A little shame ful and poor management. Very disappointing, we will try again once more at another time. Hopefully they improve there service!

Walked in and waited for the employee to say something and just sat there waiting. Didn’t acknowledge me or my husband. I told him my order and added banana in it. It wasn’t until after that I noticed my banana was missing. This man had no name tag or wasn’t in any uniform. Will not be coming here again.

Does Cold Stone only hire one employee per store as some sort of endurance challenge? Every time I visit, there’s a lone hero battling a 30-minute line like it’s the Hunger Games of ice cream. Y’all really can’t afford a second scoop squad member during rush hour?!
