Ice cream was delicious. Staff knows how to put flavors together. Three stars ⭐️ is due to the lack of people skills in a customer service position. Staff needs to be more friendly and approachable. Although they know how to service ice cream, I suggest they learn how to interact and relate to the customers more and not worry about getting them out so much.

Both girls who were here this evening need a raise ! Super nice very patient with us ordering and my toddler in the store. Also helped us figure out how to Use the rewards program. 10/10 service

It's 101° and I needed some ice cream. Cold stone is as good as any boutique ice cream available near me. I'm not a fan of the base but it's refreshing just the same. The server tonight was gracious and kind. I appreciated her.
