Street was all blocked up couldn't get into the dq so I parked and walked across and waited in line outside the building just to be told I can only place a order at drive through even though they were taking every customers order before, my grandpa is very sick and the last meal he wanted is dq that's the only reason why I came here because this Dairy Queen has always given me horrible service

Service was very slow they did not have any toast even the cups they were using were generic no DQ symbol on them. Ordered steak fingers they were tasty.

Eh mediocre. I get double toppings -land it seems that they either don't ever mix it well and everything is at the top half or they half a** mix it and everything is at the top half. It happens with every order we get too not just the extra toppings ones. The Dairy Queen in Kirby did the same thing and it still happened this way so maybe it's the way they do things now. The store wasn't busy so that can't be their complaint either. Absolutely disappointed though.
Didn't get the order correct. However, management was gracious and made things right.

Worst experience ever at a Dairy Queen. Staff was very upset with all the customers. They were very rude and short. I believe this is reflection of management and ownership. I had to go back to fix my order.

I stopped to get two dilly bars yesterday. I asked the clerk if I could speak to the manager....she said sure and he stepped to the window....I said that I would like him to have someone clean the drive thru window since it was so filthy. I said it nicely. And he replied "Just don't come back"!! So guess what, I will NEVER go back!!
