The wife and I recently made the switch from the other coffee chain and I am so glad we did. I like my coffee black with some creme, but do like to occasionally try the seasonal drinks. This is my 3rd visit and time and time again my drinks come out TASTING EXACTLY how I want them to come out. I appreciate the consistency. There is a particular barista, named April here that makes my drinks come out TASTING phenomenal. She knows her stuff. The wife and I came today to try the Pumpkin Spice Latte and it did NOT disappoint. Great job DD for awesome customer service, great drinks and an overall great experience.

Every-time I go here, there’s always something wrong with my orders. I used to work for Dunkin at other locations, and all I gotta say this Dunkin is the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. The employees I see new faces all the time and the drinks are barely filled up. I mean when a customer asked for no ice, we the filled the cups all the way to the top!!! This is no excuse. Please don’t go here.

It was a busy day on sat and I stopped at the Dunkin donuts in live oak. Needed my coffee fix. Place was busy I had this one young sweet girl help me out Maricela I hope I spelled her name right. She took my order and helped me out while the other girl stood around on her phone. Not a good look having an employee stand around on her phone while the other girl is working. Just need management to make sure the staff is working. Other than that my coffee came out great and the donuts were very soft. Great spot to get coffee and snacks 😊😒

Walked in staff standing around talking ignoring me standing there for 10 minutes then got an attitude when interrupted them to help bad customer service

When you order a bagel from this location make sure you confirm you want it toasted and not just a cold, hard bagel they took off the shelf and bagged for you. A new low. I didn’t think saying ‘toasted’ was necessary.
