This location's team has issues having orders ready correctly or on time in the mornings thru app ordering. This morning I ordered a iced latte and was given a hot latte, I informed the associate of the mistake and they kept telling me I was wrong. I took the drink as it was and once I was at work I realized the drink had a sticker and it clearly said ICED. I called them back and all I got was a sorry and they hung up.

This place is the worst. It’s full of nothing but kids flirting and playing around. There are some team members there that seem helpful but just busy such as I believe the manager with longer hair and another male employee who were there, however there is one young girl who has an underbite ( I say this not to be rude simply as an identifier), who is the worst. All she is doing there is playing, laughing saying bruh noooo and all sorts of silly things which is just not the place for at work. My sandwich was burnt literally black which how because we know it’s just being popped in a warmer??? I used their kiosk and selected the meal which comes with hash browns but then was told oh no you didn’t pay for them or select them which I very much so did select because it specifically makes you select them. I Just avoid this place because it is genuinely void of joy.

I went into the drive thru today and i just have to say the girl at the drive thru had the best customer service, i was extremely tired this morning and she was smiling bright and early with a positive attitude and even had a conversation with me. they got my order out fast and easy i will definitely be coming back! amazing way to start your morning

oh god dude if i could rate any lower i would because iv been a barista for 3 years and iv never seen customer service like this in my life what the heck. i came in afternoon time when the dunking had very little people and wasn’t busy at all and was getting coffees with a friend for our coworkers team. no more then four coffees. immediately the lady taking the order was so rude and sassy, took minutes to put in each drink and was so fed up with us for ordering as if it wasn’t her job and were paying for it 😭. i mean this girl literally said “yeah sure” when we said it was the last one. me and my friend tried to laugh along and apologize the whole order for ordering some damn drinks and bagel bites. it was so insane how rude she was taking the order. i proceeded to not tip at the window because of how uncomfortable we felt during this experience and these girls gawked right in front of us at the window like they’re surprised. probably why we didn’t get cold foam and the right milk in some of the drinks. horrible experience and iv been here before dude. both girls i didn’t get the name but both were blond with lashes. they ever were rude when asking if we have any straws oh my god 😭

I ordered 3 bagels, a coffee and 2 orange juices. Received my food, they had given me a croissant instead of a sandwich bagel, and forgot my 3rd bagel. Went back they gave me the 3rd bagel cold without cream cheese in a bag and forgot my coffee. The place is not even busy, but maybe just disorganized. The people working there are all over the place. The place is nice and looks decently good but the service is suspect. Check your bags and make sure you have a receipt. As I was leaving I heard them say she changed it afterwards. How do you change what you've already paid for? I'm skipping this place.

The manager, Amanda, is extremely unprofessional. She touched my food without gloves while another employee was already handling it, and the way she treated that worker was completely unacceptable. As a customer, seeing how she talks to her staff and customers shows she shouldn’t be in management. She mentioned she’s the only one who will see this review—if that’s true, I hope corporate does too. Shame on you, Amanda.

Unfortunately, I had an unfortunate experience at this DD which I felt was due to my skin color. I made a mobile order and went inside to the pickup station and was ignored while I watched as others were assisted. As soon as they came in they were immediately asked about their orders. I felt invisible and never received my order or a refund and the form that I filled out received no feedback. I will not return to this DD.

Chelsea Torres is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit Dunkin’, she brings such a positive and friendly energy that instantly brightens my day. She’s always smiling, super polite, and goes above and beyond to make sure every order is perfect. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. My coffee and food are always just right when she’s there, and she makes even a quick stop feel like a great experience. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her — Chelsea deserves all the recognition for her hard work and awesome attitude!

I only come here for the frozen hot chocolate. Doughnuts are ok but not up to part with mom and pop shops. The other food is also a hard pass from what I've had. The employees are always really nice though and the store is mostly clean inside and out.

This is hands down my FAVORITE Dunkin. Shout out to Kass who is always friendly!! All the employees are so friendly and know my drink and always make me feel special when i come. They always make my iced coffee perfect!! They have a great team there. Keep up the great work! I feel like these days people forget good customer service but not at this location. They are top notch!!

Donuts were decent , it looked very clean inside but the attitude of this one girl Savannah taking my order was very ugly and rude. Kind of ruined the whole experience for me as it was my first time visiting this location. May I suggest to her to find another job, perhaps at a place with lower expectations because that is NOT how you treat a customer. Will not be returning to this location.
