I'm very disappointed. I ordered my usual, but for some reason, this location had a hard time with my iced coffee order. They also charged me for whipped cream, which I've never gotten before. After remaking my iced coffee, it was still questionable. I didn't trust it, so I threw it away and wasted $13. I do not recommend this location.

Amanda, the manager helped me and was so kind in assisting me with all my questions. She really sold me on coming back with her excellent customer service and bright smile. It's people like her that still give me hope for the fast food industry. Her staff was also very fast and helpful. The only issue i have is that I'm addicted to the coffee. Will be back again.

Ordered a small iced matcha latte with no ice and she barely filled my cup half way had to pay for another drink to get more … rude with attitude and wasn’t polite at all. I’ve gone to so many dukins and even worked at Dunkin myself and i know it was the lady herself being ugly with my drink . Couldn’t see her name but she was the Asian young female . Never going there again . Even my mother who ordered light ice got a little.

Walked in at 9:54. Waited for the two workers talking to each other on the side to wait on me. I thought maybe they didn’t know I was there but I got a call from work so they had to hear my phone! I finished answering three questions from my job site and still they never came to take my order. I walked out. Shipley’s is just up the street. Never coming back to this place!

I was the only car in drive thru at 6 am and I was told to wait to order. It was odd. One out of 2 coffees was made incorrectly. I do recommend chucking your order before leaving.

Manager seems to have a slight attitude problem and acts unprofessional. I've heard the way she talks to staff when things are busy, and as their leader she should be the one lifting them up and not taking her stress out on them. Staff service is fast, professional, and they all have good customer service skills, so don't be deterred from visiting this location, this is simply for the owners.

I just don't understand why....your hours are till 7 pm, but you walk in at 12 and there are no donuts to choose from. I LOVE dunkin' Donuts since I was a child but never remember walking into one, and there are no donuts to choose from. I remember having so many to choose from. How sad it's become

No one will take your order, after standing there 15 minutes and was told someone will help me. No one came to help and the lady that was there was very, very rude. This area definitely need to take some classes in customer service. Will not come back to this particular Dunkin Donuts.

This location is terrible, this review is based off of multiple visits over a few months, each time the employees are not friendly and act confused when placing an order like they are new or don't know what they sell. Food always takes a while and is lukewarm at best when served.

I’m a DD regular (3x week) tho not this location necessarily. That said, I’m here at this location about twice a month, and yes, there have been times aside from Veterans Day the other day where they’re out of donuts, but it’s like once or twice in a year, not as often as these reviews make it seem. Note, I’m usually coming by between 10am and like 4pm as well.

I don’t notice higher prices or bad service; up til recently this location was better than Bulverde which is closer to me, but finally Bulverde is mostly on par with the service at this store as well as my regular location, so again, not sure the complaints?!

Amanda the manager was super kind to help me out - the other day on Veterans Day I ordered a sandwhich, hash browns, two coffees, a donut, and had planned to also get my Vet her free donut. I ordered and paid in the app. When we got to the store we saw no donuts left and there was some confusion at the window as to how/when the donuts I’d paid for, at least, would/could be replaced. Because it took some time working all that out (not with Amanda but some young girl at the window, who was nice - she even had dog treats for my dogs!), she and I totally forgot about giving me my sandwich and hash browns altho we did get our coffees. I realized this about two miles down the road but given the extra heavy traffic for Veterans Day, I called the store to see if they could hold my stuff til hours on end and Amanda mentioned normally with mobile orders she doesn’t replace but that if I wanted to come another day soon, she’d go ahead and replace it then.

I SO VERY MUCH appreciate that, and can’t wait to go get my order later today (11/13). I’m sure service will be great. Y’all have to give people a chance and hey! When something IS wrong about your order, you have to keep a positive attitude because abuse of service workers is likely the number one reason customer service everywhere seems to nosedive, not to mention post-COVID the whole world is stressed. I’m sure if y’all can stay positive and chill a minute, your service issues will be worked out. As for production, most DD don’t make their donuts on site. They also don’t handle that my app NEVVVVER shows me EVVVVER that “chocolate frosted” isn’t a thing when we all know it is, or that my app only tells me about half the time when any of the stores are out of ie a donut flavor or mocha syrup (the only one I’ll put in my coffee), etc, but disappointments happen! Grow up and get off the caffeine addiction issues before you go trashing your DD workers; they’re human too!!

Vegetarian options: Donuts, eggs without meat sandwiches, muffins, coffees etc are all vegetarian

Dietary restrictions: You can find vegetarian tho not much vegan, and I’m gluten free so I eat a lot of egg bites and hash browns, but also love that they offer sourdough for days I can be low gluten and want a sandwhich.

Parking: Parking is shared with the other strip mall places but usually ample.
