Overpriced greasy burgers with marginal service in a cramped, smoky, stinky spartan atmosphere. Completely overrated! I don't know what the appeal is for this place? Go to Red Robin next door and they'll come to your table and serve you better food for the same price.

Wow - $35 for hot dog and little cheeseburger - one order of fries and two small drinks. No hot dog buns at 6:45 on a Friday night - got a split Weiner in a tin to go container for 7.69! Fries were overcooked.
The hamburger bun was cold and stale. Sorry 5 Guys - we will go to whataburger next time!

I placed an order through grub hub and when the order was delivered, it was missing half of the food. Bag wasn’t tampered with, so that told me FG didn’t place all of the food in the bag. I called to find out what happened and get a resolution and got told “we are really busy and short-staffed, it probably got switched with another order”. Was told to contact grub hub for a refund. No apology or attempt to make it right. So very disappointing.
