When I asked for an itemization before paying she claimed oh simple error on our part. ABSOLUTELY NOT. That was clearly some fraudulent behavior. I was dressed down so may have appeared incompetent but she messed with the wrong customer.

this is my least favorite location. it is the closest to me but i go out of my way to go to the one over on 3009. they've given me sandwiches with burnt bread, forgotten ingredients, are slow, etc. i have SO much empathy for service industry workers but they are so consistently bad i just can't.

This is the SLOWEST Jimmy John's in San Antonio. Everytime I've ordered from this location it takes over an hour for my food to be delivered, I'm not sure why because this location is close to my house. Not freaky fast at all!

This location has gone downhill. None of the drinks were stocked and when I told the cashier she said yeah our GM apparently doesn’t order them. Food took forever to get and I guess after stating my disappointment in the bo availability of drink options the cashier just kept on huffing and puffing.

The food is great. It is freaky fast. I'm just disappointed with the portion size. 3 times now I have about 1/2 full potato salad. I understand it's only a side but c'mon fill up the container. I pay usually around $40-$50 per meal for the family and we keep seeing things like this. I had to say something

I was so disappointed with my order. It took 2hours and 30 minutes before i got my delivery. The sandwich had 2 slices of turkey 2 cucumber ring, 2 half slices of tomato, and worst of all few strings of lettuce. And the prices have gone up, of course. It’s a shame they have gone down hill since I’ve been there. I won’t be ordering again.
Ordered online to pick up, the staff waited for me to walk in and pick up to tell me that it would be a 45 min delay due to being out of bread. I asked for a refund and cancel and I was told that would have to wait for the manager to return in hours. I was refused a phone call to confirm my refund since I wouldn't be onsite. Terrible experience, will drive further to a different location on the future.

Placed a mobile order and ordered a sandwich, drink, & 3 bags of chips (1 for me, 1 for each of my kids). Drink was wrong. Only delivered 1 of the 3 bags of chips I paid for. Selected the option for them to leave the food at the door (I was trying to get the kids down for a nap) and he rang the doorbell and stood there until I came outside. Basically disregarded everything about the order. Would give 0/5 stars if I could.

I had no idea they had wheat tried it out, didn't care for it was willing to pay for another sub, the cashier was super sweet and made another one for me without charging me. We come here alot and have never had a bad experience!
