They ran out of bread. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to bake more. Not a single employee in sight when I went in. One was in the bathroom and once he got out, he was yelling at someone on his cell. The other 2 employees were walking around outside. The place was filthy.

Placed an order online and received half of my order, and it was completely wrong. Then when I called to complain the manager Gavin said I'd have to call back and speak to the GM Carol to get proper credit.
I have never received such bad customer service from any other Jimmy John's location or had an incomplete order.

Stopped in for lunch and was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service! Carol and Tyrone were absolutely amazing — friendly, efficient, and full of energy. They had my order done quickly and perfectly, just the way I like it. But what truly made my day was the fun, lighthearted vibe they brought with them — smiles, laughs, and a cheerful chuckle that added the perfect touch to my lunch break. I stopped by Jimmy John’s late this morning to satisfy a craving for my favorite sandwich—the #11. From the moment I walked in, Adrienne and Samantha greeted me with warm smiles and were ready to help right away.

Since I don’t go in often, I wasn’t exactly sure what my favorite sandwich was called or how to access my old rewards account. Adrienne and Samantha were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. They guided me through everything with ease and had my sandwich ready in under five minutes!

The store was spotless, and both team members were professional, cheerful, and well-presented. Their outstanding service and attention to detail made this quick lunch stop feel like a five-star experience.

Highly recommend this location, and major kudos to Adrienne and Samantha for delivering top-tier customer service that really stood out. 🙌

“Freaky Fast” is false advertisement, when it comes to this location. I was behind four people in line. I’ve seen other Jimmy John’s locations crack that out in 5 minutes or less. I waited TWENTY minutes after I had paid. The two guys behind the counter were moving at a snails pace. Literally didn’t seem to care as the five of us all just stood around waiting. There was no one in the restaurant before the people in front of me. This was unacceptable.

I ordered Jimmy John’s through the Jimmy Johns app and received TACO BELL. No accountability whatsoever when we called. The driver only spoke Spanish. Weirdest experience ever.

They were out of lettuce and tomatoes... how on earth do you not have the two most common things for sandwiches at a sub shop? 😂😂😂🤦‍♀️ Wasted time going. They are good when things are in stock though lol. Most employees are nice. A few guys have a attitude but otherwise cool.

Placed an order for pickup an hour in advance via the mobile app. Arrived to a restaurant with no working ac (not the first time at this location), rude workers (another staple) and a line of angry customers many waiting in excess of 30 minutes for their sandwiches. Ended up waiting 25 minutes past the pick up time for my order only to retreat to my car and find the order was incorrect and missing ingredients. The only reason we come here is we love Jimmy John's and this is the only location near to our home, but God to we wish it wasn't.
