Went to the Forum location on Saturday. Weekend after Thanksgiving. The food was terrible. The pasta they have was not the same!!! The owner was talking to personal about time off in front of all the customers in the dining room. That needs to be done in an office. Very disappointed in service and food. I will not be going back. Must have changed ownership.

This visit was unusual for this La Madeleine location. Glassware and trays were dirty even though “clean” ones were just washed and dropped off right in front of me. It took a long time to cook the potato Galette because I don’t like that they are already undercooked so I always have them cook it longer. They had forgotten and burned it and had to cook me another one, but that one was still undercooked in the middle. There was one person, Evan, who was cleaning tables and...
