I frequent this store and another near when I live but I go here during my breaks in classes from the nearby college and man is this one also perfect. Food is consistently 10/10 and service is same by the same people since I go here on specific days. GM there is super friendly and always offers me things when I check l out. Only complaint is they keep taking my money because they are too good.

I came in with my family today around 3:30pm We waited about 5 minutes before someone took our sandwich order. The guy came over and immediately had a bad attitude . Then i ordered my veggies and I said I wanted everything except tomato pickles and avocado . He then decided it was a good idea to tell me that the sandwich doesn't come with avocado and that I didn't need to ask for my sandwich without it. Which is basically pointless to tell me especially since it didn't come with it anyway. Then my husband was waiting to get a drink cup not noticing that the soda fountain had a sign up saying it was out of order. The guy just stood there and stared at him. Which is once again rude! He was black and had a black baseball cap on. Hacking a lung up all over the sandwiches . Gross!

we ordered it for delivery, the sandwich bread was awful it tasted old or not fully cooked, the italian came with zero veggies on it, the only thing that made it edible was the meat otherwise i would have thrown it away, we also were given the wrong deserts. i have heard great things about potbelly and decided to give it a try but never again… it was worse than subway in my opinion and thats saying a lot!
Food is good but skimpy and over priced. Staff is very rude especially the big brother with Jerry curl. If you're going to charge $2.50 for a slice of avocado at least you could do is be polite. Seemed like I was wasting his time somehow. I asked for a little mayo sammich is dripping with it. I'm sorry your life is so miserable you got to take it out on a customer. And they have the audacity to ask for a tip

We had the soup and sandwich combo. The ring of fire sandwich was delicious and the chicken pot pie soup was on point. Most importantly, great service by all the staff there! Oh, clean restrooms and dinning area are definitely pluses too. Ordered for delivery and the sandwich was awful. The bread was super soggy and I felt sick afterwards. I have ordered from this before and been fine. Not sure what happened.

Went here after school for the first time and it was really good! Service was fast and food was fresh. Really nice place too it was well kept and clean. When we left they wished us a good afternoon and to be safe and it was really sweet! 10/10 would recommend it over subway or something.

Came here for the first time after passing it many times in the past. The food and atmosphere was excellent and we plan to go back in the future. Only downside from our visit was simply that all of the staff seemed irritated and uninviting, though it didn't ruin the experience.
