The service here is horrible and the manager is very rude. They do not know how to treat their customers and it’s very sad especially when I hardly get to go out and actually enjoy going inside the establishment. Very very horrible experience. Why go and spend your money here if you’re going to be discriminated against. Zero stars.

WORST Starbucks ever. They messed up my drink.... count it... SIX times. After getting the manager involved and over half an hour later. they STILL got my drink wrong. Refused to give a refund AT ALL. I won't cone back to this Starbucks EVER.

Starby’s order is strange. I get a matcha with zero cal sweetener and stevia. Usually oat milk. They didn’t have oat milk here. I used coconut milk. It came out good. The sever was friendly and happy to be there as they’re trained to be. Drinks came out quick, worth the tip. The line wasn’t long on a Saturday. My sister lives near this one each time we stop here it’s pretty much the same vibe and service. That’s not always the story but I’m thankful for this location.

I asked for the bathroom password twice and they gave me the wrong password twice and my ventilator matcha did not have extra shots of caffeine staff was sassy and rude only nice guy there was, was this vegan guy.
