We booked a bachelorette party here TWO MONTHS in advance — a 2-hour karaoke room, the rage room, and food for 10 people ($600 total). We were all so excited to celebrate our bride-to-be, but everything went downhill fast.
When we arrived, they tried to charge us double, even though we had proof of our deposit. After showing the receipt, they fixed it — but no apology or explanation.
Then, we got into our karaoke room, sang two songs, and suddenly realized we couldn’t even hear the music because a live metal band was performing in the same building. The noise was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves, let alone talk or enjoy the room. Even our server couldn’t hear us to take our order!
We asked for a manager, waited over an hour, and were told he had left the premises. No one else had authority to help. The “solution” we were offered was a refund for just 30 minutes — when we barely got to use anything we paid for.
We didn’t get to enjoy the karaoke, we didn’t get to use the rage room, and our group left totally disappointed. No warning, no communication, and no accountability. Damien the manager is refusing to give us a reasonable refund and should be ashamed at how unprofessional he handled this situation.
That said, we want to give credit where it’s due — our server Dee was absolutely wonderful. She stayed calm, friendly, and professional even though she agreed the whole situation was handled poorly. And Ronnie, the bar manager, went above and beyond trying to contact the missing manager and get us a proper refund. They both deserve praise, but unfortunately, their good service couldn’t make up for how badly management failed us.
This should’ve been a night full of fun and laughter, but instead it turned into a mess. Until this business learns to handle bookings properly and communicate with customers, I wouldn’t recommend them for any group event or party.

My 10yr old daughter requested this for her Christmas gift and she absolutely loved it. We did bring an extra crate of glass that we bought for 55cents a glass from the thrift store. For both of us it came out to 80 something. Very reasonable price. They provide ppe. Coveralls, glasses, helmet and gloves. I would recommend bringing your own glasses and gloves because those two are one size and if you bring your kids you would probably want them to have correct size to be able to fit comfortably. $5 @ home depot a little trip before. lol but really appreciate that they had stuff available and my daughter absolutely enjoyed this experience. They provide Bluetooth. They didnt even rush me on my time. They even offered to take the picture for us. Really love this.... oh also they have a bar area for adults. Just know I'm really critical and do a lot of reviews. Definitely a fun time.

Their comments on another thread is actually heart breaking. It is 2024, why are we making fun of children on the autism spectrum and calling inclusivity “ridiculous”?
Make the drive elsewhere if you want to support a business that is accepting to disabled children/people in this society instead of wanting them to stay home hidden.

Honestly awesome experience! The manger at the front is very polite and he even gave me some freebies cause I was there for the first time, the food was very good too even when you microwave it, the queso was great and the burritos were delicious ? definitely going back again!

It's true what people say about this place the burritos are massively big. I had the chicken bacon ranch burrito. It had a good flavor, and it was plentiful as it filled me up. However, the curly fries in the burrito didn't do it for me. I think I would have much rather had it without. But, now I know for next time. I went to the one on Live Oak, and at first, the place was a little confusing to find. The location of this place is towards the highway side of the building in the very corner. The atmosphere inside the place is a little funky. You just have to go see for yourself. Overall, it was good, though.
